Had an amazing experience coming to this branch. I was late to my appointment and the manager Jerome Marshall took me and went above and beyond in his professionalism. Everything went super smoothly and the conversation was also great fun—very informative as well. Highly recommend.

My experience with Hyde Park Babk is not positive. The customer service is very uneven. I was given wrong information more than once. More than once I was about to cancel my account with this bank. Today MONICA was a rare exception. She was extremely professional and useful. I’m grateful to her.
