This bank is horrible, it’s always only 1 teller working with a long line. It’s ridiculous to put all that work on one person. Been banking here for over 14 years and this branch only got worse.

I have always had great experience at this particular branchI have been banking here since 3 yrs and have transferred my account from.another bank over here.Today I was helped by the manager at that facility Mr Josue CaceresHe was extremely courteous and professional Took his time with me and never rushed meI got my job accomplished which took considerable timeIn the past I have had other issues that have required considerable time and Melissa Abrams and Mr Caceres have always come throughI feel welcomed and appreciatedUnless I felt valued there should be no reason for me to continue to use this particular branchI am very satisfied by the services provided there by these particular individuals whom I have had encounters with .

With all the new renovations and security upgrades that they added, you would think the bank would at least have more than one teller. Im not the only one who thinks so, either.

Wow. Nobody answers the phone. A loan officer left me a VM with a direct number to call. I called several times each of the next two days. No one answered. No option to leave a voicemail either. So I called the main number. No one answered the phone (all were busy per the VRU). Did that there times. No voicemail option either. Taking my business elsewhere.

Understaffed per usual. Long wait per usual. There is one nice female teller that has been there a long time, but that doesn't help they are always understaffed and cut down the twller wi does to 2. But usually only ONE teller is there

This location, you have only 2 windows, 10 employees and it takes upwards 30 min to be seen at the window. Nothing fancy needed, just a withdraw and you will wait FOREVER. So? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. It's beyond ridiculous

Some staff is friendly and some staff is just downright disrespectful and rude. I feel sorry for the friendly employees.

I have been there a few times and yes they are a bit understaffed. However, Sally’s care for the customers was outstanding. She was very patient, personable, and empathetic. The staff is reporting to work just like the next person, and are doing their best to manage under the circumstances at hand. I value being treated kindly/respectfully as a customer. The option to leave if I am in a hurry is my own. Hopefully, they can make the necessary improvements to ensure EVERYONE (customer & staff) have a positive experience.

The branch manager at this establishment (I believe her name is Sally) has no idea what a definition of notary is. I came in with a document that clearly said I required “Witness and/or Notary”. She told me I needed a witness and turned me away.The notary acts as an official and unbiased witness to the identity of a person who comes before the notary for a specific purpose. Meaning the notary is the witness of my identity.
