Was told my check would deposit today, I check in the app and now it’s telling me it got delayed and is on hold and won’t be available till the 15. It’s not the first time and it’s annoying. Definitely changing banks.

Tried to call on the phone because the bank had made an appointment for the wrong person, stating they could only help me or through the phone customer service. I tried calling and called 17 times and no one answered. Came straight to the bank and there was one girl on the laptop, not attending to anyone, but no one answering phones. If they don’t want to help customers why have phone lines to take incoming calls. Bank of America has failed to help. Please do better!

This bank franchise will steal your money. $35 dollar overdraft protection fees on top of another fee. I was told when I signed up if I don't have the money in my account, transactions would be declined, that never happened. Finally got tired of this after 2 years and when I tried to leave they were trying so hard to convince me not to leave. They were even trying to get me to change to another account that would decline transactions if I didn't have money in my account, which btw is what I signed up for in the first place. I declined and told them to cancel my account. I took my business down the street to TCF bank now Huntington and have never had this problem with them.

I deposited a check was told it would clear the next day. I checked the following day and the check didn’t clear call customer service and I get told a hold is placed until the 15th. I check the 15th my money is still not released. During this whole time of filing complaints after complaints no one has bothered to contact me except once and then when I call them back I keep getting voice mails. The bank doesn’t know how to train their staff properly clearly. And mean while I’m left with having to postpone on my closing for a house again because their employees are inept and I have to get charged a fee to postpone my closing date. For a second time. I’m sure these people or the employee that gave me the incorrect information isn’t going to take money out of their pockets to make things right.

This is the third occasion I go for a simple matter and they can’t help me, last time my mother went as well and they asked her for her green card. This specific location in 26st has the worst customer service.
