After many years this bank fails to modernize. Expand ATMS available so there's not a 40 minute wait! ATMS are always out of service out of connection horrible service from billion$ company ! Joke

My family and I will never be coming back to this bank. Horrible service, my mother is a senior and the lady who works there rolls her eyes at her every time she has to attend my mother. If you don’t like your job, just quit because she gives my mother very bad service, always talking to her with an attitude. Like it makes you not want to ask for anything. Horrible, she should be fired and I can’t report her bc she’s not wearing her name tag.

I was there just waiting to get a PIN number for my debit card. The receptionist told me 30 mins. I waited 40 minutes and the banker got up and used the bathroom or whatever and she came back at 11:28 am starting to talk to a man and helped him for 5 mins and I asked her you going to lunch. Now I have to wait for another banker . Very unprofessional . And they choice who they want to help. They prefer Hispanic clients. I am like a ghost that they don’t see me. Finally got help and it took them 2 mins for my service
