Every month or so, I am unable to log into BOA website. I am beginning to trust this bank less & LESS. I am currently on hold and have been on hold since 3:30pm so about a half an hour and counting. I refuse to download any apps and am trying to log in using a desktop. Seems this website is a major hassel just so I can see my balance on my credit card. I may just cut the card because this is a real hassel having to call them every couple of months.

I went here on December 17th 2023 to withdraw $100 out of my Savings account. And the ATM malfunctioned and I have now been locked out of my account for 5 days now.

Slow lazy. 2 persons on the counter only 1 working the other one doing nothing while people are waiting in line. Wasted 30 mins to withdraw 30$. Ridiculous !

They only have one banker working. Plus if you don’t speak their language they won’t put you first on their list. Horrible place. Will be reporting them to the consumer department and fdic. Racist branch!
