I was truly amazed by the service rendered despite hesitant to go on Monday thinking will be extreme busy. To my surprise both the Centre Manager Mr Brian and R/Mgr Ms Jacqueline was truly hospitable and clearly has high standard of attending to all my queries. Dedicated to go through each steps and I was absolutely delighted with the service carried out. Thanks to both and well done ?? I shall be visiting soon. ☺️??

I was refused service for cashiers check with current ID and BofA credit card.I gave the amounts of prior cc charges, showed mgr. emails from BofA with account info. They wanted to send me a text code, and refused saying my phone number was wrong.The bank was crowded and people in line were getting annoyed at wait time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

The woman who "greets" or manages this bank has TERRIBLE customer service skills! Not only have I had a personal altercation with her concerning the doors being locked 10 mins before closing - I just witnessed her publicly scolding an elderly woman in the main lobby of the building. the woman made a comment she did not like and the "greeter"/manager continued to stand over her speaking loudly as if she was scolding a child. Considering there is a senior community literally across the street I find this unacceptable. As some one that appears to be overseeing a bank branch you would think she would be able to handle a costumer concern in a way that's personable - there is nothing personable about her. Her people skills are lacking to the point of embarrassing the entire bank location. Since my alteration I will not go inside the band, if i need a teller i will walk out of my way, i only use the entry ATM, but from what I just saw - I am in shock! I'm sure this was all caught on camera!

I was greeted with a hello, but nothing further, the "greeter" did not seem to want to be bothered. I was 7th in line, at 12 noon, with only 1 teller. Someone asked if another teller could be opened and the employee (who could not escape to the back fast enough with his subway sandwhich after he was approached) said there is only 1 teller scheduled for the day. I only went to the branch because I needed to close a credit card. After waiting for 30 mins or so, another employee finally asked what I was there for and when I told her to close a credit card, she tells me I can't do that at the branch I have to call the number on the credit card. It would have been great if the guy who "greeted" me took the time to find out what I was there for so I could have avoided waiting for nothing. I would never recommend this bank. Certainly not this location.

Made an appointment to merge my husbands and my accounts. We were told we were double booked. After a half hour we left - and will bank elsewhere.

Came here because I needed to do some changes to my account and as son as I walked in there was a guy asking me how he could help me and then forwarded me to another girl who was very friendly, helpful and kind. Great customer attention!
