I understand banks doing their do diligence BUT the elitist attitude the teller and manager had was extremely disheartening. When everything was cleared their attitude did not change. I hope they stop judging people (on my day off in comfy clothes) and are kinder to people in the future.

Horrible! With the lack of BofA in the city of Chicago and they just close? Called and nobody said this branch was closed for the day. So glad I bank with Wells Fargo

I forgot my card, and they locked the door before 5:00 p.m. which is when they are supposed to have closed. The tellers saw me but were busy chatting away with each other laughing and not letting me in.

I was a very happy costumer of BoFA for a very long time, to that point that all my accounts, utility pays, uber, Lyft, Amazon, and in one word my life is connected to my BofA cards. I am green card holder and I have submitted my proof of residency multiple times. But once they suspended my account for lack of document. After multiple 2hrs long phone call to the costumer service and has been transferred to different department for multiple times, they asked me to submit the document online. But THEIR WEBSITE WAS DOWN FOR DAYSSSSSSS. So, I decided to visit a branch(meantime I am in vacation and only have my blocked BofA card with me). They submitted the document but again same issue, they called and found out that there is an issue with credit card department. They asked me to wait for 24hrs, I called after 48hrs and waiting again on the line for hours and transferring to the wrong departments again and again. Finally told me the issue is still remain and there is no document submitted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went back to the bank again, they called I waisted couple hours there as well. They mentioned that THEY DONT ACCEPT FAX ANYMORE EITHER,ALTHOUGH IN THE LETTER SAID SEND THE DOCUMENT VIA FAX OR WEBSITE!!!!!!! Anyway they emailed a scan of my docs and still I need to wait 48 more hours to see what is gonna happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Completely understaffed for a Friday! After having called the bank with no answer I went in to discuss my question. It took 1 hour just to talk to someone and she told me she was unable to assist and that I needed to call a Merrill Lynch FA. Please bulk up your staff.

I've been a customer for over 11 years and I'm finally calling it quits with BOA. I called about waiving a monthly savings account maintenance fees (for not maintaining a minimum balance) and they held me on the phone for 40 minutes, had me talk to 3 different people and said they couldn't do anything for me. They said "the system wouldn't allow them to help me." I've decided to move to a local credit union given this very poor level of service.

Terrible, terrible service. Associates can only do what they can with no tellers. Expect to wait in the drive through 30 minutes at the window. BOA wants to make you do all your banking on line so they've eliminated tellers. Instead they have other people milling about doing nothing while the teller line backs up to 10 plus customers. They have the nerve to ask you if they can help. Yes, get behind the counter and service customers. They love to tell you they're "not a teller". It's aggravating and insulting. I only go in to a BOA because my company banks with them. I never will have a personal account with them. All the branches are the same.
