I have been here twice and I was in an out in about 10 minutes. Polite and helpful tellers, ample parking and short wait times.

If you value your time, don’t go here. I checked in and was told to wait. A couple came in after me and the advisors came out without asking for anyone name as if there was no list and immediate started talking to a Chinese couple in Chinese then took them in. Another female advisor did the same with another client came in after me. There was no checking in with me to see what I needed and how long I waited. Just the teller who initially check in at the cashier who told me the wait would be around 30minutes. I wasted an hour and a half just to see other people get served while coming in after.

Emoyees seem disregarding towards clients of color . We waited for a simple transaction , having a document notarized at a bank where I presently bank. The employees had me wait 10inutes then the employee came to me and said oh I forgot to check you in. I had watched this employee service at least 7 other customer during this time. Needles to say I don't plan on continuing to do business with bank of america.

The service to Chinese people is not good, but the service to black people is good. The bald manager greets him and ignores him. I am considering changing banks. I don’t know why the service attitude towards Chinese people is poor. Have the Chinese offended your bank?

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews for this location. My personal experiences with tellers have been positive, always quick in and out and efficient. I did have a little confusing experience when I tried to set up an appointment to open a business account and ended up with other bank. That's only reason of 4 stars.
