Wow. What a horrible branch. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. Thankfully the Dearborn branch had me in and out in 5 minutes and offered me the customer service that this branch should have offered me to begin with. They need to hire nicer people and or just shut this one down completely.

Horrible customer service. I had scheduled an appointment and they just told me to sit in the front of the atm machines and call a number instead, even when I insisted that I prefer to speak to a representative in person. Don't come to this location, not worth the time.

This bank has gotten a lot of heat in prior reviews so I thought I would post my experience. Nothing to complain about and the teller was pleasant and helpful. Transaction was easy to process... about all you can ask for.

Someone issued me a check that came from a company who had it issued with this bank. I thought the check was perhaps a real check but under some sort of scam since it was issued to me for a larger amount that it should had been. I my self even told them all the red flags that I was dealing. I used to work at a bank and in situations like this what we usually would do is to contact the signer of the company who issued the check to verify they issued the check for that amount. BOA should of had done that because at the end of the day the company where the check was coming from banks with them and is their customer. The teller did not even want to bother calling. The manager came out as well being all rude and all he tells me was to just take the check and do what i gotta do with it! Hhhhmmm where is taking the extra mile for their customer? At this point is not about me because i could of gone to my bank and deposit the check. Is about the customer who issued the check who maybe didn't really did it but someone else did. I used to bank with boa but glad i left them long a go. Worse bank ever.
