Absolutely horrible! 29 minutes in line to pay a bill. You have 5 greeters at the door and 1 teller. That just makes zero sense to me.

It has only 1 teller, I typically wait 30-40 minutes just to make a cash deposit. The atm next door ate my money once so I stopped using it.

This location is TEMPORARILY CLOSED. Google Maps is incorrect when it lists hours that this branch is open. I just stopped by today. They are CLOSED.

Had a 1pm appointment. By 1:30 we left after being told for the third time that the employee was "just finishing up" with other clients. We were only there on a Thursday because they got confused after we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and they thought it was on Monday. Avoid this location.

Had an appointment with Jacqueline Friday. A woman comes up to check us in, says she'll let Jacqueline know we're here. 5-10 minutes later, the same woman comes out and asks how she can help us today. I said I have an appointment with Jacqueline? She tells me, I'm her. WTF? Odd. And she really didn't know her stuff. Thankfully her manager Fred came to the rescue and helped us in no time at all. Thanks Fred! We appreciate your professionalism!

****Security issue at this location****... they leave the ATM location next to the bank unlock during business hours with no security on a busy street.. Felt very uncomfortable handling personal business with an unlocked door behind me... very accessible for theft to occur. I was told by the banking manager this is normal.

Not helpful. Had trouble getting a letter from them when in fact it can be done within 30 mins in another branch. I was advised to wait for 3-5 business days to get that letter from this location.
