I made an appointment to open an account at this branch, and the staff I met that day were all very friendly. Patrice efficiently and kindly helped me with the account opening process, and I will definitely go back to her next time.

I was stuck in this financial center for a couple of hours today due to technical issues and Patrice has made it the most enjoyable couple of hours spent in a bank EVER!
Amazing customer service. Highly recommend asking for Patrice next time you come in, she’s a true expert. She dealt with every problem we encountered super efficiently and provided amazing customer service along the way.

I know going to the bank can be a chore, but everyone at this branch, especially Laura, are absolutely amazing. I was headed out of town and headed to an interview a few minutes after stopping into the bank, and Laura was so kind and delayed her lunch break to help me and make sure my ATM card worked before I left. I highly recommend Laura as a banker and this branch overall. It’s very caring people!

Went into the branch for a wire. They told me everything is processed, but I found out the next day the wire was not processed at all in their system. The BOA associate through the phone just told me there was an authorization but no processing at all. …plus not even a notice at all that let me know this was not processed. This delayed my fund transfer for 3 days due to the weekend. It’s unbelievable that a big bank could fail a simple transaction just like that.

Extremely unhelpful. I took time off of work in 2023 to schedule an appt at this branch to change the last name on my account after getting married. I later learned they never actually changed my name on my account following my appointment. When I first called customer service, they told me to wait a few more weeks for the system to reflect the change. It's been 2 months and my account still shows my maiden name. I called this branch again today and the lady was rude and said she cannot help over the phone and hung up on me. I've never had this kind of experience with Chase or US bank and strongly recommend banking elsewhere.

Waited 5 minutes for the sloth at the teller to decide to help, despite there being no line. Then, they wouldn't exchange quarters for my cash because I don't bank with them. A bank full of cash and they won't exchange money for money. Walked across the street to Chase and they gave me quarters no questions asked. If I change banks down the road my last choice would be BOM and more specifically this branch. Atrocious customer service.

Laura Torres told me that she doesn’t have time but she will take my paperwork and will send it later. She promised to call me back to confirm that she actually did it. Never received a call back.. don’t know if she sent it or not..

I was never taught the correct mindset about credit and I was interested to learn more about it, credit cards specifically. Laura was patient and kind to work with, made me very comfortable with an uncomfortable topic for me. Would recommend her services to anyone I know.

This place is a disaster! .. Refuse to allow me to speak with anyone regarding my account even though they had no one there. Said I needed an appointment.Then a trainee was left alone at the cashier counter and she seem to not have a clue to do the simple transactions. Went for help twice. Then after all that I still didn’t get finished doing all I needed to get done.Another worker came and said that because she’s new she Not authorized to do something a second time I didn’t understand I just left After 15 minute wait and 20 minutes at the counter waiting for them to figure it out. Just a waste of my time stopping in there.
