1:20 hours here. Still waiting. I have tried to call for 2 days straight before coming and nobody ever picked up phone. I called like at least 10-15 times in 2 days timeframe but nobody picked up the phone.

Waited 5 minutes for the sloth at the teller to decide to help, despite there being no line. Then, they wouldn't exchange quarters for my cash because I don't bank with them. A bank full of cash and they won't exchange money for money. Walked across the street to Chase and they gave me quarters no questions asked. If I change banks down the road my last choice would be BOM and more specifically this branch. Atrocious customer service.

Every time I come here the parking lot is full and I have to wait 20 minutes for a spot. Then when I go into the branch, there is a line of at least 5 people and 1 teller - not to mention, the manager stands behind the teller without stepping in. There is no privacy and whatsoever as the entire bank can hear each persons saga and it takes an hour to complete my transaction. The people who work here are nice but it is so poorly run.

My wife and I had a great experience here today with Liliana Silvia-Lazo. We went in to talk about auto loan refinancing and a few other questions. Liliana was very knowledgeable and friendly, and helped us avoid a pretty big financial mistake/oversight. She is clearly someone who wants to help her customers, rather than just sell them on unwanted financial products or services. Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience at this location! I went in to open an account on Saturday and was helped by Lilli. Not only did she go above and beyond to help me and make sure that I was getting everything that I needed, she also waited on hold several minuted to get answers about zelle for me then spent mire time setting it up. Not only would I recommend this bank, I would highly recommend this specific branch.. Ask for Lilli...best bank experience...ever!!!

25 minutes just to wait for a bank card is appalling. All I wanted was a replacement. And I was sitting in limbo for 25 minutes, completely unbelievable.
