I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. As a member, I have frequently visited your location with colleagues from work, as it is conveniently located near our office. However, my latest visit left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. When I was refused the free gift that I was entitled to as part of my membership, it felt like a complete disregard for the value of my loyalty to your business. While I don't need the gift itself, the principle of the matter and the way the situation was handled were disheartening. As a result of this experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. My colleagues and I will no longer be visiting your establishment, and we will be taking our patronage to The Rivers, where we have consistently received friendly and welcoming service.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it reflects a significant missed opportunity to retain loyal customers.

Bally's is beautiful & I usually enjoy myself. I wish their slots were a bit loose. But other than that I can't complain.

New. Clean. It's a grand temporary casino in River North. The stained glass and The historic Medinah Temple are still beautiful inside. The slots are mostly newer machines, so expect a min of .60 to .80 a pull. Not your old .15 like in East Chicago.
No smoking, which is fantastic. Since other casinos the lack of ventilation makes playing uncomfortable. Not the smoking itself.
The food choices are delicious, but don't expect a cozy sit-down. The 2 bars serve well.
Overall, it's three levels of temporary fun while we wait for the billion-dollar casino being built on the riverfront.

I have visited Bally's casino in Chicago regularly for almost six months. While it's a good casino laid out over three levels, it's not great, but one only needs to know it's temporary. Eventually, the permanent location will open in the River West neighborhood, which, I'm sure, will be amazing! It took about a month for me to learn the layout and to find a few machines that I enjoy playing. I stop in a few times a week, and most of the time, I come out a winner. While this location could be better, it's never too crowded, and the staff is always pleasant. I usually have a good time, and I'm able to walk out the door with a few bucks. I'll reserve final judgment for the new, permanent location whenever that may open.

Not my favorite casino, but fun. Didn’t see a cocktail waitress in the 3 hours I was there. I enjoy a Bigger casino with on property parking. Bali offers parking across the street . But let’s face it, this is in the middle of downtown Chicago.

DO NOT GO!! This establishment has racist and discriminatory policies towards immigrants and POC guests. Hostile environment- police called on innocent bystanders. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!

Now, compared to the casino's in Indiana I rate Bally last because they don't give any insurance were you want to come back. You know how let you win at least a little something to make you want to come back nope not that. It's a nice place but I just couldn't feel it and I went on my bday and stayed for three hours hoping something would happen ? but nooooo I just couldn't feel it you know how you can go to other places and you know what machines you want play and every now and then you would hear somebody scream or holla cause they won something not at Bally or you find your machine and sit back with a drink and a ash tray if you are a smoker and ready to get busy winning at least a little something nope not at Bally, the extra spinning money they give you in the mail to get you to come back nope not Bally they sent me a card that says for the first few days here's ten dollars and the second week the same and it's typed so small like they really didn't want you have it (LOL). But everyone don't see this like I do but to each their own and good luck to you. By the way they do have the free drinks but no smoking. I'm not sure right now if I'll go back but if I do it will have to be a very long time from now.

Standing outside reading the reviews, sorry I can’t enter this place. So sad to see the reviews, my Platinum Service at Lollapalooza was probably better than this place.

Not very good things to say about Bally's Chicago.
The machines are VERY Tight, Stingy, whatever verbiage gamers and gambler's use. Hard to get into bonus rounds, then when you finally do, payout is .16th% IF that much.
Bad systems/network glitches outages, TWICE now in a row, I've arrived at the casino and there's "a problem with the system"
I travel from the far south suburbs, it's a total inconvenience. Then you stand in a long line to wait for your Rewards/Food Tickets or Bonus Play to be uploaded to the account, due to Kiosks being down, just to walk up to VERY VERY RUDE Rewards center customer service representatives. Absolutely nooooo smiles, nooooo politeness, improper greetings or none at all, speak to the guests very condescending and dry and cut shortish, like they're really NOT enjoying the career of servicing a guest. Yes, I KNOW proper customer service etiquette, I have been in the field of Hospitality and Customer service for OVER 20 years, now a Chef .. The customer service at Bally's Chicago(Rewards/Cashier), needs a TOTAL REWORK. It's HORRIBLE.
I can only say ONE young lady is ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY, wish I could remember her name(normally services the first window), but literally ONE professional in your Rewards center represents BALLYS, that's SAD, out of all the guests that pour into your establishment that need assistance in one way or another. (The person that I walked up to actually "blew under her breath" like huh..She didn't know I saw/heard her)
Just rude. I had to get BACK in the long line and asked the next person: Is this outage similar to the previous outage?
Her response: Oh I wasn't here on that occasion so I can't speak for the outage you're referring to ?
Say what? Just rude i tell you.
It's also unfortunate that one of Your security staff was honest enough to ADMIT that he hears these COMPLAINTS ALL THE TIME ?
**I recently received a request to "VOTE FOR BALLYS" as BEST CASINO ?**
I only review HONESTLY based on my OWN personal experiences and observations, not those of others.

Honestly the vibe in here just isn't great to begin with. And then all the staff is incredibly rude and judgy for some reason I don't get what's going on they act like you're somehow gonna hold up the place I don't know. Put more importantly my one star is because of security issue One of the people I was with happened to be a smoker and was told they couldn't smoke right by the door we're security was that's fine. That's completely understandable what is an understandable is why you have a very intoxicated guy asking if anyone would like to buy anything off of him. I'm assuming things that weren't legal on the same block like not even 10 steps down and the security is just sitting there joking with another guy I don't know Just not doing much and it just felt very unsafe. I'd rather go to the rivers than ever step foot in Bailey's again no matter how much money you gave me anything. By the way due to the low foot traffic you are not going to win a damn to begin with so keep that in mind unless you're going there for the tables. Good luck finding a server on the floor if you need some water because it is very warm in there. The bartender is incredibly rude both the one on the third floor and the 1st so just an overall no go to the rivers and if you can make it I'd go all the way to the hard Rock.
