They’re ok. I purchased my dodge minivan here with no problems (in and out hour tops) I was getting my car serviced with them as well, oil and tires etc…. Nothing under 500 dollars, was hurting my pockets every time. I’d recommend purchasing a car but not to quick with auto repair ?

I purchased a used Toyota here today, beautiful car (pics didn’t do it justice) MJ was very helpful throughout the entire process. We had already been conversing by phone for a few days before I made the trip there, so it make the process very seamless and we were able to get through the paperwork quickly. MJ was very honest and worked with me to get the best possible deal on my trade in. I am very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend MJ and his team at Baha Auto, it was definitely worth the drive!

Not sure why all the negative ratings/comments, I have been strictly only purchasing vehicles from Baha Auto for the last 8-10 years never once have I had a bad experience. From the dealership to the Auto Shop on Grand, BEYOND satisfied with customer service, honesty and knowledge. Every time, they went above and beyond to be as helpful as they could. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Horrible Customer Service. Arrogant employees that are not serious about being in the sales business. All employees should be trained for dealing with the public. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone even if the cars were free. I recently purchased a vehicle from here anyway. U can't allow someone else's ignorance to consume you. 2 weeks after buying the car the computer system shut down and I had to spend another $2,400.00 to get the lemon running again. I paid $5,000.00 cash for the car in which the price was really $7,500.00. They have a auto repair shop. To keep the customer happy it would seem that they would fix it for free or either the cost of the new computer and no labor charge
But who am I to suggest what might be done to keep the customer happy. Bad Business Bureau should be notified, maybe the next customer will feel all lot more irritated than I did.????
