My husband and I have been with Badu Tax Services for the past three years. It has been a good experience thus far. I think that they are very professional. Jeff really knows his stuff and is patient when answering questions. The team strives to meet the needs of the client and I appreciate that. We are definitely considering continuing with her services in the future.

My family and businesses have worked with the BTS team and they are professional, friendly and responsive. Their quarterly check-ins helps not to be surprised at the end of the year. The team is responsive when we send out inquiries. I do recommend them.

Really can't say enough of what they did to amend my last years taxes and do wonders on this past years taxes. I'm really happy with the outcome and my return with fair compensation structure. However, only time will tell on how well they will protect me during an audit.

I searched long and hard for a new company to file my taxes with, and eventually decided to try Badu Tax Services. Unsure of what to expect, I was a bit nervous at first, but the experience ended up exceeding my expectations. I was given options on what forms of contact I would like, and if I would prefer to work with a team or a single preparer. Everyone was knowledgeable, and my documents were handled in a discreet, professional manner. After having such a positive experience, I plan to continue using them in the future.

Ms. Brittany Okossi of Badu Tax Services was essential to my tax season! I delayed filing my taxes do to such a busy schedule but with Ms. Okossi's persistence and encouragement she helped me file an extension and coordinated with me through effective communication and system operations to acquire the information necessary to prepare my taxes. I have a business and personal taxes and Badu Tax Services did a phenomenal job of assisting me this tax season. They were patient, flexible, and understanding throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions, and they stuck with me and helped me get through filing my taxes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a tax company.
