They have nice selection and good prices but becareful with your returns.I return couple ski boots over a month a half ago( bought and return at the store)and still didn't get my money back.I contact the costumer service and they send me slip that items were return but still no money back .I would never buy there again.

Kensey is an absolute gem. They were beyond patient with me while I tried on 101 climbing shoes and made me feel so comfortable and confident in the pair I decided to purchase! I’ve already told everyone I came across today about my stellar new shoes and amazing experience with Kensey. 10/10 customer service experience 10/10 human! Plus it was also great talking with Tyler and hearing about their experience with shoes as well :-) once again 10/10

Went in for a new pair of hiking boots and the gentleman helping me was stellar. I appreciate him being patient with my questions and pickiness on how shoes fit my feet. Thanks so much! Look forward to trying them.

Great service. The staff were all super helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Tyler, he is a chiller and loves to talk gear. They also gave me a great price on some gear that would have been 100$ more at REI. 10/10 would recommend, and do business with them again.

shouts out to Clayton for the tune on my snowboard - he fixed up a huge gash i had and i can't even tell where it was anymoreand shouts out to Tyler for making sure i walked out with the right bib - i was struggling between insulated and not, and he gave me the confidence i was looking for in my choice

Stopped by today to buy a new pair of snowboard boots, and the associate could not have been more helpful. I was in and out quickly with exactly what I was looking for. The associate nailed the perfect fit. The boots were a great value as well.

Really impressed with the service at this store! I have been buying online from Backcountry for years but after such a great experience, I am going to do more shopping here. I think that at least three different people helped me find things or gave me product advice. In a world of online shopping, this reminds me of the value of the in-person shopping experience.

I love this jacket, it’s backcountry that I really have an issue with I contacted customer service 3x for my order because last Oct. 23 when I bought it the discount of 20% was not applying during checkout so I consulted. Now with the 3x I contacted customer service they promised me they will apply the discount which should be cause the jacket was bought during the SALE (expires Oct. 23 11:59pm). Bought before sale expires. Now I just checked my account and I was still charged the full amount. Customer service has been horrendous lately, my experiences has been literally terrible. I wait patiently to be connected, I wait for replies even if it takes a while. No help whatsoever is done, even if the customer representative would say “they did it”. I have been shopping from this website for years now and I would honestly say and observe the customer service went downhill. I can even show proof of purchase, the customer service representative see’s my order, yet no resolutions. I even requested for it to be escalated NO ESCALATION. They always try to rectify issues with my orders yet don’t deliver.
