I've been a customer for over a decade and the service has been superior since day one.

We have gone to this location for years. We recently moved out of that area and it’s so hard to find the kind of service we always received here!

I went there to get two minor alterations and cleaning. The lady there didn't tell me what the cost of the alterations was. When I picked them up they were TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS EACH.$56 for cleaning and minor sewing. Her excuse was "that was what the seamstress charged her."You can go down the street to Monitor and get two alterations and cleaning for about $20 and get entertained by the nasty nana seamstress at the front of the store.Stay away.

I brought in some pants for simple patch jobs. One needed cleaning. I was handed a ticket for $6.25. I thought, that was cheap. When I went to pick them up I was charged $56.25.HUH???I called up and was told "that's what the seamstress charged me." $25 dollars a patch. ARE YOU KIDDING?I told her I could go down to Monitor down the street and get this done for about $20. "That's what the seamstress charged me."BEWARE.Better off going down the street to Monitor where the seamstress is the old nasty Nana who sits up front. At least you can get entertained while you drop your pants off.

Located within a strip mall/plaza on Clark, it is a great location for a family run cleaning service! Bee has been very nice since our first visit, and I have since been back a few times! Being only about 2 blocks from our home, it is convenient, and therefore our go-to cleaners currently! Most of my experiences have been very good, and prices are standard for shirt dry-cleaning. They did a great job with my husbands shirts, and came back spotless, which is a huge plus! I have not actually tried to dry clean any other items yet, but prices for each shirt, $1.95. My one mediocre experience was - I needed a zip repair on a pillowcase, and Bee mentioned she didn't know what to charge... so she would ask the seamstress that comes in weekly and then let me know the price before doing it. So she did call, but to just tell me it is done and it would be $10. I suppose I had to pay for it now. Not the end of the world, but it would have been nice to have the choice and know the cost before committing to the pillow repair, (probably could have bought a new one for less). In any case, will still use B&B for all our other normal day-to-day dry cleaning, but anything specialized, I suggest maybe getting a solid price before drop off! Great neighborhood cleaners overall, and I would recommend to others!

My friend's wedding was cancelled due to the shut down...I'm sure others can relate but I have gained weight over the past 2 years. My friend is having her wedding on NYE. The dress was probably 2 sizes too small. It wouldn't zip about half way. Full. On. Panic. Mode. She let out the dress as much as possible and when I went back to try it on, it was too big ! I'm not Complaining. She made my dress a completely different size basically. They took the dress back for some adjustments. Went back a week later, FITS PERFECTLY. I paid a good chunk of money but if it wasn't for them I wouldn't know what I would have done.

This is my second bad experience at this cleaners. My first experience was tainted due to a misconception of hours. The website says open 7am-7pm but they are really only open when they want to be. I understand having to limit hours due to Covid but then please update business hours on Google my Business. I walked there on my lunch break just to find them closed and my time wasted. My recent experience, however, was MUCH worse. When I tried on the dress after alterations, it needed little improvements still, however, the lady at the front desk told me "no, that's difficult". Therefore I had to pay $155 for an unfinished alteration/dress not to my liking. They told me they couldn't do anything else for me and we're not accommodating whatsoever. Also, they didn't even steam my dress before giving it back. I will never be back to this location. There's plenty of cleaners in uptown. I do not recommend this one.

Bee was so sweet and did an amazing job hemming my boyfriend's pants. She went above and beyond - he had a flight early on Friday morning, so she opened at 7:30 so he could get his pants in time! Just really outstanding service.

I've been here a few times to get dresses hemmed and they are so sweet and quick. Glad they are in my neighborhood!
