Dear Neighbors, please be careful with your businesses in this place or similar places. I would like to buy strong, old, and cheap Pick Up with documents ready. This place is the most famous thing in Chicago, and is part of Chicago's auto business history since 1936, when my Dad was born! But, when I want to buy a special colored 1994 Ford Ranger Pick Up, the Owner and his brother Scott Roth say that I need to buy 100% with green money on hand. It is so dangerous to do so when there are ways to buy without green money hand in hand. It's 2024, it's not a time when Money Gram doesn't exist. Additionally, it does not accept credit cards, EFT direct from the bank, Cashier's Check, or Money Order. He says he accepts only green money on hand. But at the same time, they accept the money in hand but do not have the documents such as title and registration ready to legally drive the car. If a business wants its money hard and green, and sells cars, it is necessary to present the title at the point of business, not afterward. The Boss says he's been waiting for papers from Springfield for 15 days, but in 15 days, this place is going to close. Be very careful here and similar places. When I spoke to the manager, Scott, about my experience, Scott quickly said within 3 minutes that the Pick Up that I wanted was no longer sold, the mechanic Carlos already bought it. It is very difficult to find another 1994 Ford Ranger in this color and this condition, but...it was so much fun spending time with one of the original BOSS Autos of Chicago that has been selling cars here for 65 years on Cicero and Addison Streets, with fair prices and documents ready sometimes. Good luck everyone.

Went to check out a car I saw online. They were extremely friendly and helpful answered all my questions which resulted in my husband and I driving out with a car. If I need another car in the future will definitely go to them.

Purchased a car from here it had some issues and they took care of it by offering an exchange or refund. In the end they gave a refund because I was not able to find a vehicle that's suited my familys needs.

Do not trust these dealers! Recently purchased a vehicle from them for roughly$3000 and brought it into my mechanic for an inspection. It turned out that the vehicle had $4000 dollars worth of repairs that were not properly disclosed before purchase. Generally I would expect a used car to have some minor issues that need taking care of, but that shouldn't amount to more than the price of the car itself! Thankfully received a refund despite the "as is" policy. If you plan on doing business with these people, have an outside mechanic check on it.

These two are snakes. Plain and simple. There is no warranty for any of the cars in their inventory. ITS AS IS, you will be screwed as soon as you purchase anything on their godforsaken lot. Stay AWAY from this place. On October 10th 2018, I purchased a 01 Toyota echo, low mileage and one previous owner. Tires were worn and after only owning the car a month the vehicle developed an exhaust leak, fumes from the engine began leaking into the cabin! These guys clean the engine to hide all the internal damage their cars have. I had to pay out of my own pocket for repairs to this vehicle! Repairs that cost more than what the car was worth! This is a shady business stay away!

I sent this Mickey Mouse company two messages inquiring about a vehicle and they didn’t even have the common courtesy to respond. If that’s an indication of how this dealership is run, I’ll take my business elsewhere...

If you want a 5 month lemon that's going to start falling apart once you put a couple hundred miles on it, this is the perfect place for you. The owner is a nice gentleman but apparently that's just so you don't think twice about buying a car from him. I bought a 2005 Chevy Monte Carlo off of him 2, almost 3 months ago. The car had about 145,000 miles on it, which I thought was pretty good. The car was misfiring so I brought it to a shop last week and they just got back to me with everything. My brake and fuel lines are dry rotted, both tie Rods were bad, some bad wheel bearings, bad serpentine belt, the trans is slipping, and the struts were bad. The misfire was from 2 cracked spark plugs and fried spark plug wires. I read all the other reviews and ignored them, thinking they were just being dramatic, THEY WEREN'T. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This place is the best dealership I have ever been to they are honest and will work with you to close the deal to get you into a car or truck you want to own. I bought a 525i for a price well below market value and the car was in very good shape. More dealerships need to be more like B&R Motors.
