I dropped in to fix my light. There was an amazingly kind employee named Anna. Not only did she help to find the right parts. She also installed my light. She was so quick and careful with her work. I appreciate her so much and will use this autozone from here on out. Thanks Anna!

Stopped to get windshield wipers for my son’s car. Eddie came out put them on for me, then my car didn’t start Eddie and a colleague tried to jump start it ended up being a key fob issue and they changed the battery in the fob for me. Whenever I stop in the customer service is always amazing

My experience with this store was the worst. I bought a jump starter, took it home and charged it until the LED turned green. I tried it with my car but it did not work. I returned it to the store in order to replace it with another of better quality and more expensive. I was blamed from the store manager and she accused me of only wanting my money back. My intention was to get a device to start my car in this cold winter, not to tinker. Thank you for taking care of your customers. Goodbye AutoZone. You just lost a customer.

Not particularly helpful and they claim they can't give you plastic bags because it's illegal.....uh no they just cost seven cents.

These guys are lit, Juan was the best customer service rep Ive had in awhile. They had all the answers to my questions and I was in and out with a few hundred in merch less than ten mins. These guys keep the store really clean as well

Ok now this is how you should be treated I called ahead to let them know I was coming and what I needed I was told let us know when you are here I did they came right out and took care of me nice job guys wished you stayed open later

I recently had a very unpleasant encounter with the parts manager, Saul, at AutoZone. Despite approaching him politely and without interrupting, he responded with extreme rudeness and impatience. As a customer, I believe it's crucial for employees, especially in managerial positions, to exhibit professionalism and courtesy.Saul attempted to justify his behavior by citing understaffing, but this does not excuse his lack of respect for customers. Even in challenging situations, it is vital for staff members to maintain composure and provide quality service.I felt very insulted by Saul's behavior, and it completely spoiled what was otherwise a beautiful day. I intend to share this experience with Saul's partner, as it is crucial for them to be aware of the way customers are being treated. I was in dire need of a license plate holder. I arrived and was greeted by Juan Galicia., who had just started his shift. He took the time to help me locate the item and assisted me with the assembly process. I might add that process included three different trips from the parking lot to the inside of the store. Without his help this task would’ve been extremely difficult with my knowledge. Juan is a great hire!!

Juan helped me check if my battery was working properly (it wasn't). When he showed me replacement batteries, he was patient and answered all my questions. He cared about the battery installation and recommended a product that prevents corrosion on the battery terminals. He sucessfully installed my new battery in my '14 Honda Civic. Thank you Juan for doing the install in the middle of the night as I hold my cellphone flashlight to see.

Sept 16. Juan G - took the time to help me process a return. I did not have the reciept but he took the time (10) min to find it in the computer. I was very impressed by his customer service skills and how nice he was. He wasn't annoyed. I was so impressed that I bought a car battery and Juan once again helped me. He took out a vent that was blocking the removal of the old battery and put the new one in. He reconnected everything perfectly. I am very fortunate to have this autozone near my house. Everyone who works there is very helpful from allejandro to Juan. I definitely recommend people shop at this autozone. This place and it's employees are very awesome!

A.J. has been helpful and knowledgeable over the phone and Juan helped me with battery even though was late 9.30pm.I live 0.3 miles away from this location, it's my to go spot for 5 cars that I have and I cannot say enough good words about them!Thank you
