I just finished going there to get a headlight for a 2008 Nissan Sentra ended up buying two Jeffrey replaced it. Both of them five minutes tested my battery alternator he went beyond his duties asked for Jeffrey. He’s awesome thank you Jeffrey. Thank you.. I offered to give him a tip. He couldn’t accept it. I offered to buy him an iced coffee. He couldn’t take it. just wanna let you know you made a customer very very happy. 100% satisfied. I told his manager too, so she knows he did a great job

I purchased a new battery but there was an issue. I returned the next day and was assisted by Duchess and Ann; both were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

If I could have gave 0 stars I would have, Lisa the manager was rude to my husband accusing him of lying about his battery issues. A day prior an employee told us to come back Saturday to solve the issue that he caused with our battery(while being charged). We returned and No issue was solved, we just got rude feedback and No Battery!

We went in for a tire pressure gauge. Jeffren went above and beyond and offered to put air in our tires. He was very helpful and cheerful, and got us back on the road quickly.

I love this place so much. They’re always incredibly helpful. The team is the absolute nicest. The manager Anne and her employee Hamzah were so kind to me when I was in a difficult situation today. I really hope I’m spelling their names right. They went the extra mile helping me figure out my car battery problem. It was quick, not too expensive and they made it look easy. Go to the Granville & Clark AutoZone and ask for Anne and Hamzah. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
