My experience here was really bad. The guy didn't tighten the bolts on my car battery and it wasn't starting up even though I had just bought it. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Moening staff is very amazing I love those guys. Today I decided to go again at night and same disrespect happened. Nobody want to help anyone. And this girl literally told me I don't know. And all other stuff just did nothing. Even other customers wanted help to, this guy on my back ask her 5 times about some specific item. And her response was we probably have that but 'ahhh idk'. It was the most terrible service I have ever seen anywhere. Not gonna come back here again ever at night times. Frustrate me how people were treated at night. (PLEASE CHANGE THE NIGHT STAFF)

I went on Sunday 12.30am (June 23) for check engine light, and there were 3 employees working there, but the Manager 'P' and two employees refused to come out to check my engine light The is the first time I had bad experience at Auto Zone. Extremely disappointed

Worst customer service, only one employee is working at the counter. People were standing in a long queue when another young employee called me for service just to change a battery in a key fob he said there is no screw driver so he can’t open it and he didn’t even gave me/sold me a battery just because there was a long queue behind me which was their fault otherwise I could’ve opened it in my home and changed the battery. Sent their customer empty handed and not satisfied.

The customer service was good a couple months ago but then the new team came in, there was a lady that helped me but didn’t quite help me. I said I wanted to sign up for rewards and she said enter your number. She actually took me to the sign in page instead of sign up. When it said invalid, the lady said oh sorry it’s not working and she kept running here and there instead of helping. She also gave the wrong cabin filter than what I had asked. The original one was around $12 but she gave me $26 one and when I asked they said it doesn’t fit my car. I previously used the same $12 one for my car. How messed up are these people! They think they own us and the store and just work like they’re not getting anything out of it. If y’all got issues, don’t work. Period. Don’t keep treating your customers like this. Rather go to Walmart and get the same for $10 then see their faces here early morning. Don’t go unless absolutely necessary.

Had to take away three stars for not having key cutting service. Had been loyal for a while. This soured my experience
At least have a keyme machine or minute key machine. Had to go to Lowes

Comments on facilities clean and well stocked in paper products.

24hrs "sometimes". Call ahead just in case. Love the fact I can swing by at 3AM for just about anything including a safe lot to tinker in but when that door is locked - the sinking feeling lingers. Wish I came regularly enough to get VIP access. Le sigh.
