Had a very racist encounter with a baby man manager by the name of Genardo P. I came to return a unused product with the seal intact, but since my presence interrupted playtime and my complexion read unimportant Genardo found every reason to waste my time and eventually not return my item. I nor my will never shop at this Auto Zone again. I'll pay the extra to receive better service from Orielys

I went to several other AutoZones and had horrible customer service. No one picks up the phone, no one provides suggestions on how to help with your problems and all the workers are lazy.. but THIS STORE.. THIS STORE RIGHT HERE, was amazing.
Dafina, is an incredible manager and has amazing work ethic. I was a distressed customer after coming from many AutoZones and losing my faith in them being able to assist me. I wasn't in the best of moods. Dafina handled me with such care and consideration. She was able to replace my battery, no problem. She helped with my warranty. I believe she even stayed a bit after hours because she looked like she was about to clock out, but STILL took the time to help me and get me my new battery.

I bought a new light for front driver side. turns out overheating messed up wiring connection. when wires fixed, didn't need a new light bulb.
open package refunded immediately, without and questions. that used to be standard. These days it's a small miracle to get such courtesy.
