Prices are way too high!!! It’s ridiculous. I go online and the item is a third of the price, explain how this makes sense?
I have to work three full work shifts to buy a battery! Anyone else aware of this? Why are people continuing to purchase overpriced items? Hello!?

Literally price gouging a battery 250 300 no no no and breaks just front 70$ went to tkq online got ceramic for 50 all 4 pads you want 70 for front and not ceramic you auto store's don't care about the people you don't even feel bad it's sad..

I went to this location and asked the female at the front desk if she could test my car battery. She came out to the parking lot and did. Then after testing it told me the battery was bad. I asked her if they could install the new battery and take the old one off my hands. She said no because she saw the small bracket on top of the battery and pointed at the terminals. She said that they couldn't do it. It's a basic 2019 Nissan Sentra. I was surprised by her response. I took my car to the AutoZone in Summit, and they did everything over there that they're supposed to do (installed the battery, took the old one and even gave me the Veterans discount). The salesperson at the Summit store even told me that the bracket over the battery was not even an issue, and I watched him install it the whole time. For the employee at the 61st and Pulaski store who refused to help me, I hope you realized you just lost out on a sale.

The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. The manager their especially is a one of a kind individual. Everytime I go, usually all he would need is a good description and he offers his knowledge to assist in finding the best part for my vehicle.
I also bought an engine hoist, recommended a level attachment, made a huge difference.

I have been a customer of this autozone for many years except today. Andres the manager has a disgusting attitude and wants to sell people what he wants and not what people want in my opinion he should not be the manager or He should have training because if he has it it is the lowest. The next time I go I hope they have fired him

I came in this morning due to my fuse being blown out. Store manager was AMAZINGLY helpful. He has a great attitude, very willing to help and super efficient.
