I came to store and normally store should be closed at 9 pm but they did not let us get into at 8:54 pm. There were 3 people were waiting outside but they did not open it. What kind of business is this that not really care about customer happiness.

They can’t do inventory right. So online will say they have stuff in stock when they really don’t. So when you place an online order for store pick up.They will automatically cancel your order. And then you won’t get your money back for a week. They should call you and tell you they don’t have but they can get it or send you to another store… not just cancel the dam order and now your money is tide up.

I hate this autozone. It’s all a bunch of lazy chicks who don’t want to do anything they’re supposed to do. They lie and say they don’t have the scanning tool so that they don’t have to go out in the cold and get their hands dirty. I hate to say this because I’m a woman, but hire more dudes for this job or females who understand what their role is. I am purposely going to stop coming to this autozone because I already know. You go to any other autozone and it’s mostly guys who work there and they don’t mind helping you out like they are supposed to.

My parents went there to change there battery and ask the employees to help and they said no because they don't have the materials to change it and they start problems and one of the employees have an attitude

I am very grateful and happy with my todays visit to this Autozone. Came in for a battery test. It turned out i needed a new one. I purchased it there and the gentleman helping me named Steven was very nice to help me install it and was very knowledgeable. he also went out of his way and brushed out corrosion on my battery. He definitely went above and beyond and was very nice and pleasant to talk to. Great costumer service. Its always a nice way to start your morning!
