They need to be a little faster in customer service and well-trained bilingual staff because many times they do not know how to distinguish the parts of the car and/or truck.

It used to be a great place to shop for any car needs they used to have great management with trustworthy advice 7 years ago now it clearly looks like the store is going downhill, poor customer service, it smells horrible and it's filthy, product don't have prices and employees don't even wear uniforms or name tags.
