Definitely want to give this young lady Yahminah credit. She's a hard working young lady that take pride in pleasing the customers. I returned a core today after buying a battery yesterday. Her energy level was the same as yesterday. I asked to speak with her manager, she looked in concerned but never got an attitude. She will go very far with that customer service skill.

My truck had broken down this morning and I was close to the Ogden location 3939 W Ogden Ave . Hector helped me out he did an outstanding job helping me push my truck to the auto zone parking lot and helped install my new battery .

Aric I believe this evening was being very childish. I came in for two idler pulleys and described my issue was that the products and boxes were mismatched. They said they had two left in stock and lo and behold one of them was a different size even though it was the same part number. He tried to tell me that that was my fault somehow, and started cursing me out. Very childish behavior from an employee much less a full grown man.

I visited the Auto Zone at 3939 W. Ogden for car mats, but also decided to really prepare my car for the winter ❄️. Richard the Store Manager was incredibly helpful with helping me pick out my car mats and my wiper blades...and also installed them! Hector, one of the Service Agents, helped me choose the right de-icer. Great staff, great customer service! I've been coming to this specific location for years and always receive top-notch service.Thank you and HAPPY HOLIDAYS! ?⛄??

I went to buy tools to fix my tire since I had an emergency. I found what I needed, but an autozone employee was watching me to see if I was going to take unpaid things from the store. I felt upset because they were watching me.
