Its clear the employees dont actually know anything about cars and arent very helpful at all. Had to wait in line and listen to them argue with a customer because Autozone themeselves gave the wrong part. Maybe its just 2nd shift? Horrible customer service.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The wait time was far too long, and each customer seemed to take over 15 minutes to be served. This inefficiency resulted in a frustrating wait for everyone in line. I hope management can address this issue to improve the service for future customers.

The Store Manager Mr. Joel, is a great leader, who leads his business location at 2255 S Western Ave, Chicago, Illinois by example. He is not like those other managers, who run their business locations pretending to be above everyone. Mr. Joel is a man of principles, integrity, honesty, dignity, respect, along with a unique sense of empathy and happiness.
I believe that AutoZone and many others businesses should send their management team to seminary sessions at Mr. Joel’s store so that they can learn those skills they still lack from Mr. Joel.
I wish all world leaders, parents, teachers, managers, and so on would have this natural trait and personality of Mr. Joel; because folks like him make life easier and this world a better place for everyone.
Mr. Joel I am proud of you and it have been an honor and huge privilege to meet, and to be an eyewitness of your great personality and your impressive role of leadership at your work place.
