He explained everything that was going on, and helped educate me on the car.

I have had so many horrible experiences with mechanics but this place restored my hope in humanity haha. Honest and very kind and doesn’t take advantage of people that know nothing about cars.

I just moved to the area and started having car troubles. Thought it was the transmission, looked up mechanics near me and this one popped up. I called and Orlando answered. After a few questions, he told me to stop by and he would check it out. He drove it around, didn't notice much wrong so did a detailed inspection. While he was doing his inspection, he took the time to teach me about certain aspects of cars. He mentioned, "knowledge is power." He really was thorough and took his time. I have never experienced this type of transparency before at any other mechanic shops (and I have been to quite a few with my 2007 car...). This was an amazing experience. If going to the mechanic shop didn't mean something was wrong, I would want to return here many times. Thank you Orlando!

I have nothing but good things to say about Orlando and his team. I have taken two different cars here, and he has been able to diagnose the problem and fix them each time in a timely manner. He also does a great job at explaining his troubleshooting process, and he has shown me how to make minor repairs to my cars as well.
If you go to Orlando and his team, I can assure you that you will be treated with respect and that your mechanical issues will be taken care of.

They were unable to do the needed work on my SUV, but they provided plenty of information and advise. I will seek them for future auto concerns. I don't trust auto repair people easily. I trust them.

Orlando and his crew are beyond talented and experienced. They can tackle any difficult diagnosis, track down tricky oil leaks, and knock out routine maintenance. I made the mistake of taking a hard to diagnose EVAP code on my Subaru to another shop who only threw new parts at it, assuming it must need a new charcoal canister b/c that’s “usually” what the issue is- and didn’t solve the problem a thousand dollars later. Orlando was able to do a true diagnostic to find the issue. A lot of shops don’t take the time to properly inspect the car, but Orlando will. Along with that, he is great at explaining issues and will walk you through his thought process and procedure. He also provides pictures, status updates, humor, and more. I have since gotten all my repairs done here, and Orlando was even able to install an after market stereo for me. This is the only shop I trust! Thank you guys for keeping my aging lil ‘roo running

Best honest affordable mechanic shop which is unusual to have all that in the same sentence. We had a major issue with our front tires wobbling and had an important meeting in the burbs the next day. He said he couldn't do it until next week but finding out about my meeting, he scheduled me in and got it done the morning after. True hero!
So glad I found Orlando and his shop. He takes time to show you what he did, gives his honest opinion on what to do.

I would highly recommend this shop. Orlando is kind, quick, and very fair in pricing. He took a look at our car after we hit a pothole. He got us in to look at the problem within 10 min of arriving and didn’t charge us for taking a look. We didn’t end up getting the problem fixed there, since the car was drivable and we were headed back home, but he diagnosed the issue and gave us great advice.

I am a terrible driver, I hit the garage door four times,the same spot each time.especially the last one. I was very Frustrated!I think I’ll have to fix it up and park it on the side of the road. So I connected and drove the two places . One of them told me that I didn’t need a replace any parts and that I needed to pay $200 for the labor fee. While the other told me that I needed to replace a part and that the cost of the part was $60 and the labor fee was $100. The total price was $160.I was so confused as to why there was such a big difference between the two places ?! I didn’t know what to do. Then my coworker suggested me to try the third place. So I found Orlando and contacted him.The next morning he repaired my car on the road outside of the repair shop without charging me a penny. Those reviews are all true. I am so grateful to him. I wish him a safe life and all good things come to him.
