He took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through their exquisite collection with utmost professionalism. Mark's passion for Audemars Piguet watches was evident in his detailed explanations, making the experience informative and enjoyable. Ali was very nice and patient. Showed me some watches, gave me time of day. Obviously APs are high in demand and managed expectations that it may be a very long time before they have something for me. No pressure to buy other watches to "build the relationship".

I recently visited Ali's store in search of a new watch, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I was able to find the perfect watch with their assistance.From the moment I walked into the store, I was impressed by the selection of watches available. The staff were friendly and approachable, and were able to answer all of my questions about the various watches on display. They took the time to understand my preferences and needs, and were able to recommend a watch that was perfect for me.What really stood out to me was the level of customer service I received from Ali and the staff. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right watch. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.Now that I have my new watch, I couldn't be happier. It's a beautiful piece that I know I will cherish for years to come. I'm grateful to Ali and the staff for their help in finding it.Overall, I would highly recommend Ali's store to anyone in the market for a new watch. This AP boutique is the most disrespectful AP Boutique I have ever seen in my life, I am a high end watch collector and just arrived in Chicago from Michigan today with my family to spend a few days holiday. I own also two AP timepieces . A Royal Oak 15400 ST boutique edition blue dial and Code 11:5in rose gold with blue dial.I called from the hotel I am staying in with my family, the Intercontinental at the magnificent mile and spoken to member of the staff named Ali .I was enquiring about a matching Cufflinks to my Royal Oak with the blue dial and Ali was pleasant and informed me that yes we have one set and send me the photo to confirm the colour and the price $1928 plus tax .I thanked her and stated that I will either visit them at the Boutique today or tomorrow … There was no reply from Ali to my message .I hired a vehicle and went to the boutique around 2.30 pm, on arrival and to my surprise there was a sign to say by appointment and call a number listed for the boutique, it was freezing cold (-6 C) so I called the number to ask about Ali, a Gentleman answer the phone and was very abrupt stating we can’t let you in you have no appointment , so I told him that I am outside and informed Ali I am coming in if you let me in please I want to buy the Cufflinks and I am freezing cold so he again said, so you are going to buy ? I can’t let you in now go and come back in half an hour . I could not believe the disrespect and the casual way he was talking to me very disrespectful and with no emotion that I am a long time AP Client standing in front of the boutique coming along all the way in the freezing cold not knowing it’s by appointment , there was no one inside . I was cold and frustrated and told him in this case I am going to leave because it’s freezing and I can’t stay out and he didn’t not even show any respect or concerned .I left and was very bitter . I send a message to Ali to say how rude this person is, to my surprise she start saying we only meet Clients by appointments and there is a phone number you call and we will come and escort you in from the back.That was not the case with the person I spoken to, he didn’t even offer that plus Ali didn’t inform me it’s by appointment so I can easily arrange before going to the boutique. I was really upset so I called the boutique back and the same person answered the phone. I asked him fir his name and to my surprise he put the phone down on me . This is the most disrespectful thing I’ve ever seen in my life.I text Ali and Informed her that I am very upset and angry with this person and I will take it up with AP head quarter in Genève and the US .There was no apology or any reply .This person who I don’t know his name but I will find out without doubt destroying the name and reputation of such a reputable brand and show no manners or respect for an AP customer that own two of the the most iconic models of the brand and looking to buy a Cufflinks from the boutique.I will highly recommend for no one to deal with this boutique and this person in particular that he leave his Clients stranded in the icy cold weather although spoken to his colleague Ali and informed her I am coming that day or the day after without any conformation from her that I needed an appointment .Very disheartened and upset .If I can give zero star I would certainly do but one is the lowest .

Let me start by saying Ali is amazing. She is thoughtful, persistent and super nice! We have been building a relationship for quite some time and I feel as though she will do everything in her power to ensure that I am happy…as much as she can.Now, as you all know, watch inventory is tight for EVERYONE. The key to working with AP (and anyone else) is fairly straightforward…be nice and be patient. Trust that the sales people would love to sell you a watch but there are many people looking for exactly the same thing you are and not enough inventory.The wait for the watch makes the ultimate acquisition so much more fulfilling. Anything worth getting is worth working for and AP is no different. Be kind and see how things turn out for you (I know, easy for me to say).Be well.

I had a wonderful experience working with the staff at this location! Brian made the experience feel very personal, welcoming, and was very knowledgeable. He really helped me feel comfortable throughout the process and helped me narrow down exactly what piece would be best for me. We had a great conversation about watches and Audemars Piguet as a whole. Brian also was able to answer any question I had and was very honest with me on what to expect. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and were truly interested in helping me. I also had the chance to meet Ali who and was very welcoming and nice as well. The showroom was very beautiful which made the environment extremely nice! It was truly a pleasant experience which left me leaving with a smile on my face! I am looking forward to stopping by in the future!
