Do NOT come to this location. Trust me there are plenty of other stores around Chicago who are more knowledgeable and won’t scam you. I’ve gotten phones from this place twice and they’ve added extra features and insurances I did not ask for. When I asked the manager for help after customer service sent me in to rectify the issue they laughed and said it was impossible to issue credits. This is a lie I’ve gotten credits before. They just don’t want to do the work. At another location I payed off a phone line no problem. Since they couldn’t help me with one problem i figured they’d at least take my money to pay off my phone. I asked and they said they couldn’t do it and I’d have to call either though I literally did it at another store. Useless, and scummy sales tactics at this store. Steer clear and if you do work with these people make sure to double check their work because they will scam you to hit their sales goals.

Definitely going to keep coming back to this store. They earned a loyal customer. All staff was very polite, greeted me as soon as I walked in the store and catered to me. I came to upgrade my phone on my wife’s account. I was not an authorized user and they explained how the policy works which I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND. I called my wife to come inside the store since she was next door getting lunch. When she came in, the associate helped her add me as an authorized user on the myatt app step by step, literally less than 5minutes and issue was resolved! I left with a brand new phone and with a great promotion. My expectations were definitely exceeded. I highly recommend this store!

Save yourself the trouble and never step foot in the store! My service was activated from my parents from an AT&T store in Florida in which they ordered me a phone and made me an authorized user. However, this store has completely disregarded any of my needs and rights as a customer And won’t even let me access the account. I’m authorized to be on. Instead of offering solutions, he tells me I’m wrong, and starts to yell at me, while mocking every word I say. If I could send this message directly to AT&T, I would. I’ve seen introverts with more people skills than the corporate workers that work at the store

Had a horrible experience with Theo the manager. Refused to let me into my authorized account after I got authorization from my elderly parents out of state. Said that everything I asked for was not per policy and then after I called customer service he refused to provide me with the store number (we don’t give those to customers), his name (he went to help another customer and refused to give me his name), I asked for his business card (we don’t have those we do everything electronically). Very rude, I ended up canceling my port over from my service, my added line and returned my iPhone today (we don’t do that in store, we can’t get you a return label either, we can’t help at all since you aren’t the actual account owner). I had everything I needed completed and he shooed me off the entire time helping others.I wouldn’t even have been at the store if I wasn’t erroneously told I had to go there to get a SIM card from Zachary at customer service even though the 15 pro doesn’t have a need for a SIM card. I’m glad I will never join AT&T after speaking to at least 7 reps on the phone and other than one- they were all rude and unhelpful and full of erroneous information. I don’t care what their promotions are, good riddance you don’t need me as a customer.

Came into location to upgrade my current phone to 15 pro and Andrew was my sales person. He helped me understand all the new features of my new phone went over my plan and was able to save me a few dollars on my monthly bill. Overall had a great experience at this location and with Andrew. Would visit again for all my wireless needs

Came into the AT&T Southgate location looking at add a line of service and get some questions answered about my bill. I was greeted by a gentleman named Andrew and he was very helpful in answering all my questions as well as going over current promotions re guarding iPhone 14. He was very patient due to the fact I had a lot of questions but when I left I felt confident I made the right decision adding the line to my account. I would only want to deal with him in the future. Thanks again!

AT& T has the most amazing employees ever! I was stuck on an issue for three days went to the South Loop office and Mr. Collin resolved it in 5 ( or less) minutes. He certainly knows his stuff. So grateful.

Njari was so friendly and helpful when I went in to have a SIM card issue fixed. She was patient while I had to call a customer service rep and she explained the issues with my phone and fixed it very quickly. Joel was also super great and made sure to let me know of all the promotions AT&T offers. 10/10 would recommend this store!
