AT&T is the most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with, it’s honestly crazy to think that even Comcast’s customer service is better than you.Your portal and website are garbage, your wireless plans are a 90s joke, I get hung up just when calling into your support or getting routed to DirecTV even when I told your automated support for WIRELESS SERVICE.

My contact was up with ATT and I went to a corporate store and got two news phones I went back the next day to ask a couple of questions and the manager demanded I leave and I told him I wouldn’t leave because I didn’t do anything I told him to call the Police if I had something wrong but I didn’t and then he just walked out of the store and got in his Car and drove off I think he might have been on some drugs or something because of his behavior

AT&T finally responded about the charges. None of the information had been disclosed prior to the account being charged, or it would of been fine, but still better than fraud

Called to get my apartment internet set up and honestly I was expecting a horrendous process, but I’m not gonna lie it was by far the best service call I’ve ever had in my life! The agent was beyond nice and made the process as painless as possible. By the end of the call I felt like I could’ve invited this guy to a house party and he’d bring nachos. I was actually annoyed there wasn’t a survey at the end of the call because I wanted to share how great my call had gone! ? Anyways whoever I talked to deserves a major bonus because they actually made setting up my internet fun.

Honest Review……Oh ok I admit AT&T customer service is a pain at times hard to comprehend at times with the customer service BUT the last time I had to contact customer service was a delightful conversation after he explained the situation ( laid back person ) He surprised me that he use to live in the neck of the woods ( told a little story about the area ) this was the most delightful conversation I had with any AT&T customer service for awhile ..He seem like a friend ..I forgot his name but AT&T should hired more ..kinda like him ..( Thumbs up )

I wish their internet service was as reliable as their wireless phone service. I switched from Comcast which was more expensive, but definitely was not having the constant internet outages as I am with att fiber. I have gone through the whole new router, wifi extenders, (why do I need to purchase a wifi extender if my router is in the same office I use my laptop and it still goes out) you call in for a problem and they want to solve it by making you purchase more of the same faulty equipment you already have. Do better Att

I got my dad to swtich and he was paying 100 for 3 lines and told him I would pay the 60 dollar difference now I just got ripped off and have to dish out another 160 to pay the difference this is ridiculous.

Worst overseas customer service by secondary sales Maria, customer agent Joel & Will. Know told 5-7 business days to switch from landline to wireless home #. Wasted 3 hours on phone between ATT & Verizon.

The customer service is terrible. If you try to ask a question they send you to another country and the nonnative speaker may not be understandable. Because of the connection and or accent of the speaker I sometimes have trouble hearing anything they say. They just decided like many corporations to save as much money as possible even if it makes life worse for the customer. Every transaction I have with them is unnecessarily long and aggravating.

The service at this particular store is HORRIBLE?!!! We switched in March of this year and we're STILL having problems. The main problem we are experiencing is they are saying this is a BUSINESS account......but it's NOT. We are senior citizens!!! No one seems to be able to correct this. The staff are inept, the manager is seldom there and when he is.....he's no help. Payments have been lost?, no confirmation numbers given, threatened with disruption of phone service if the bill is not paid, even tho we have tried everything in our power to get our problem resolved. We are seniors on a fixed budget. We are NOT a BUSINESS. You would think the correction could be made simply by going into the computer. We are at our wits end with no relief in site. We are not happy

This is a review of the AT&T Corporate Offices - the building and its management at 225 W Randolph. The building is mostly vacant since the pandemic started, with very few tenants. The management and security must be bored out of their minds and have nothing to do. To entertain themselves, they come up with ridiculous entry and egress rules. Not customer / tenant-friendly at all. It's as if they go out of their way to be as rude as possible to tenants and their visitors. The temperature settings are never right - too cold (far too cold - below 60 at times) and too hot (above 90). Bad building, worse staff.

I retired from AT&T & I'm ashamed to tell people that. It was a decent company to work for but it sure has changed. I have a "wireless land line" with VERY poor service. I have talked to tech support numerous times about my poor service. I get dropped calls, garbled conversations. When I call them I usually get someone that doesn't speak good English, is of absolutely no help-I get cut off, have to call back & start all over. I was on the phone for 2 hours today with no results. My husband is disabled & if I have an emergency with him, I'm afraid he will die before I can get help. I can't have a cell phone because I don't get service here. And if you think this is bad you should try dealing with them about my medical insurance. What a boondoggle that is! I'm writing to corporate tomorrow but expect the same results with them.

NEVER NEVER GET A CELLPHONE WITH THEM!!!!WORST COMPANY TO HAVE A CELLPHONE WITH! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD! WE SPENT 14 MONTHS FIGHTING TO GET 2 CELLPHONE TRADE IN MONEY. BUT THEY CONVIENTLY LOST OUR PHONES AND COULD NOT GIVE US ARE TRADE IN MONEY FOR 14 MONTHS. I CALLED EVERY MONTH TO GET IT RESOVLED TO NO RESPONSE ON THEIR END. IT WAS ALWAYS ANOTHER DEPARTMENTS FAULT. IN THE END NOT ONLY ARE WE PAYING THE $2,000 TRADE IN BILL THAT WE WERE PROMISED WOULD BE FREE IF WE TRADED IN ARE PHONES. BUT ANOTHER $1300 FOR THE 14 MONTHS WE HAD TO KEEP THE EXTRA LINES ON TO PROVE WE SHOULD GET THE TRADE IN BECAUSE THEY HAD NOT LOCATED ARE PHONES IN THEIR WAREHOUSE YET.THANKS FOR NOTHING.CONGRATULATIONS ATT FOR STEALING OUT OF THE POCKETS OF A LOW INCOME FAMILY OVER THE PANDEMIC!

I was hoping to make the switch from T-Mobile to ATT and take advantage of the new iPhone deal. Unfortunately the phone was stolen before it reached me. I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max and screen protector. I received two boxes a day late which both seemed light but it didn't immediately occur to me until I was inside my home. Someone took the phone, placed an empty bottle of cologne in the box and retaped it. I immediately called ATT and reported the phone stolen. The customer service was impeccable. This young lady did everything she could to get another phone shipped. Unfortunately the great customer service wasn't enough, because I didn't have an established account with ATT (the new phone would have set this up) she had to cancel the account. So I'm left holding the bag. I won't receive a full refund and someone just got a free $1500 phone. If this is how ATT treats new customers I'm going to try to see this as a blessing in disguise. Thankfully I chose to finance but could still be out of $$.
