I cannot thank the guys that helped me tonight enough! I was stressed out just having lost my phone, and they were so patient and helpful. I'd gone in 15 minutes to closing, and they ended up staying late to help me out. I wish I could recall their names so I could shout them out - y'all know who you are!

The store reps were amazing! Came into with a huge issue that another agent caused. The reps James and Kela were very eager to assist with. They were emphatic and understanding.

On 1/4/24 this location decided to close there store 1hr early. I was sent to the store by an AT&T representative after there system glitch to do my phone upgrade. When I arrived at 7p, I see the note on the door, when the guy came out the back finally after waiting 15 minutes outside. He proceeds to say "oh we're closed. I asked how when the door operation of hours says open until 8p. I explained to him the at&t support team sent me to the store. I also informed him that they spoke with Kela prior to my arrival. He the states Kela is the manager and he's one as well. Which I highly doubt, no Manger would respond the way he did unless he's incompetent. I then asked if we can get service. He stated no he received communication from Kela to close early, how exactly can this be possible if I just got off the phone with the representative while still on hold while they called the store to verify if 1 the device was still there and 2 to confirm and eliminate issues the fake manager was African American, beaded eyes with glasses, about 5'7. I will continue sending this complaint up until someone at the at&t corporate office address this unprofessional location.

I bought a prepaid AT&T account from their website but the SIM card wouldn't activate, so I went into the store to have them activate it. They said they couldn't activate it and I'd have to call customer service. I called customer service, and the bot would only hang up on me because my account wasn't activated. I went back to the store, but they wouldn't help me and refused to give me a refund.

I came in to upgrade two phones and to add a third line. Both associates were professional and courteous. It was probably the best customer service that I have ever received at an AT&T store.

The people who work here are extremely dishonest. I bought a new phone for my plan here and they signed me up for extra programs to go with the phone without my consent. I had explicitly told them no to all those extra programs (Next UP, etc.). Despite saying NO they signed me up anyways. It's been approx 18 months and despite calling AT&T several times to discontinue those programs they keep periodically coming back on my bill and I have to call them back and restart the process all over again.My suggestion is to stay far away and go someplace else.

The guy that helped me was very helpful, they are very friendly in the store. What I didn't like was how a pin code was made without my knowledge and when calling customer service you have to know it. They are a authorized dealer so you'd have to call att for everything else. Overall they are very nice and super friendly.
