Takara and Brian were very accommodating. They resolved my connectivity issues with great finess and expertise. They also informed me on promotions on cable and internet renderings which will be a cost saving should I choose to sign.They are good at what they do and they do it with great pride, gait and expertise.I will definitely come to this store should I have any needs!Keep up the good work!

I would love to give a no star, I swear att has the worst network I’ve ever had. Was trying to close my account Contacting customer service to get my account number been talking to a god damn robot for 30 mins not even transferring me to a representative.

I was iffy to go, based off the reviews, but honestly when I walked in the manager helped me right away. Alexandra was so nice and did not make me feel stupid at all. I would def come again for help. Maybe under new management bc all the employees there were super nice!!

Dropped in with some very complicated questions about adding a hotspot. Sammy, Quadree and Alex went above and beyond! Even picked up my hotspot in the rain since I couldn’t wait for shipping. Amazing!

Poor customer service. They do not know how to greet. They do not know how to address customers questions. I said "have a great day" when I was done with this uncouth experience and they didn't even acknowledge that. The absolutely worst.

Customer service suggested to visit this location. The guy is so disrespectful, Poor customer service, not helpful at all. Waste of time. Thanks to Starbucks at least trip was not wasted.

I went in last March and ended up upgrading my cell phone plan (apparently i was in a plan t hat is no longer and was a lot more expensive) and switching internet providers to AT&T fiber. I wrote down all of the promotions/benefits I would receive with this switch. One promotion i received months later and that was after going back to the store multiple things, contacting the sales rep that assisted me, and calling AT&T. The other promotion I NEVER received. I reached out to the sales rep multiple times and was told she was working on it with the Loyalty department. I then reached out to AT&T online help, and first was told there was no invesigations on my file and then that the promotion i was told i would receive was only for new lines or port in. I was not even eligible. I am not paying more than before. Please if you go here, please make sure you get all of the information and make sure it is done all while you are in the store that day!

Changed my review from 1 star on behalf of Robert’s help. He is nice and knowledgeable, much respect. He has helped twice because of my initial bad experience with Sammy. DO NOT WORK WITH SAMMY. He lied to me multiple times, added additional insurance when I specifically asked not to multiple times. Blew through the purchase, told me I’d get a receipt that would show everything which he couldn’t provide me with interns of billing. Told me I needed to sign before I could see what any charges or costs would be to confirm, then didn’t provide with paper receipt or any documentation except email. Told me he couldn’t email twice or show the bill to me. Seemed to be bothered that I wanted to confirm information with him before changing phones. Its a phone store and what they do…

They are FAR from nice. They are ONLY "nice" when they inflate themselves or other employees/staff. They don't care about the customer; only about themselves and profit (And I'm talking about the Sales Reps there, not corporate!) After my experience there, I will never step foot at this location again.
