went in Thursday right before closing & Selena was the only one working the store. She was already assisting a family but immediately greeted me and tried to help me assess my issue. We were unable to come to a solution in store but she did not give up. She tried a bunch of SIM cards in my phone and kept trying to help me restart it but no luck. Thankfully, her advice/suggestion that she gave me to take home worked! I honestly would have never figured it out without what she pointed out to me. She is very knowledgeable, sweet and gives this store a good reputation.

Was helped by Alex! Great guy! I'm honestly really satisfied and happy he helped me on getting my new Samsung! He was kind enough to even put the screen protector on!! Great place and great company! Will be coming back soon if I need his assistance!

There's nothing funnier than the fine print. Hard Pass. Get your phone elsewhere.

Employees don't care much. If you plant trees inside the shop, it will be more beneficial to people.

Didn’t cancel my line as they forced me to and kept charging me for that old extra line in addition to my new one.

I went to trade in my phone and they were so nice about it. It took less than 15 min. Angelica was the one that helped me out. She was the sweetest person I have ever met. Best experience I have ever had at a AT&T store!!!!

Came to the store on date 10/31 at 3:30pm with a network issue and the girls were super rude couldn’t fix the problem. Instead they tried to make me believe it was my plan was the issue which I have the unlimited so it makes no sense. -.- told her that I was sure that wasn’t the problem she insisted so she told me I could go somewhere else to fix my phone. So I decided to just call at&t and they solved the problem over the phone. If you going in there to BUY something they will most likely be nice and help you out. But if you come with an issue they just want to get rid of you and give you poor customer service.

Went over a month ago to switch my service from Verizon to AT&T, worked with the store manager Amanda. From the get go she kept having questions and going back and seemed unsure of what she was doing on the tablet but would click continue anyways. She was unsuccessful in porting my phone number, so I had to go back to the store and she got me to agree to a new phone number all together with the understanding she would waive the $30 activation fee. This months bill stated I had two lines of service, insurance, an activation fee, and the device payment making my bill almost $400. She suspended my old line and never told me I would be charged for it. Thankfully one of the girls at the store gave me the customer service phone number that they use to call, and they have been helpful in fixing all of the issues that Amanda caused, would have been ideal to not have any issues at all. What I asked was simple: new phone, one line. Nothing more, nothing less.

Very rude customer service, we were told to wait for the next available customer service rep. While waiting a "regular" came in and wanted a tablet they helped ASAP. When we inquired when we're to be helped, we were told to calm down and stop being rude. I'm dumbfounded, the worst part of this is no one is wearing masks. There is a mask mandate for masks in Chicago and they clearly have their own ideas. Stay far away!!!

Wow walked in on June 2, 2021to purchase a case and screen protector for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Was met by an Anibal T. Who helped me make the purchase. Anibal referred me to a screen protector that was pricy but that had a lifetime replacement should the screen protector get damaged as long as I still had the phone. Sure enough today October 29, 2021 I walked in to get a replacement for my damaged screen protector only to be told that I had to have service with ATT to be able to get a replacement. I related that I was never told this when I purchased it and when I purchased it the salesperson knew I did not have service with ATT and never mentioned that I would be unable to get a replacement should the screen break. Buyer beware. I definitely do not recommend this store. This was an unfortunate and insulting experience.

The people who work here don't wear masks inside. They are also super rude and potentially racist. I asked to trade in my phone and they told me no problem. When a African American woman came in and asked to trade her phone in they told her no.

I had several issues trying to switch carriers, get a new phone and port my number while out of town with a couple companies. However, when I got home, I called this location and spoke to Xavier who was wonderful! I came in shortly after and he was so great and patient. He helped me easily, explained things to me in a way I understood as a tech averse person and even though I was hoping for better news, I was able to stay calm because of his demeanor. He’s the best!

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Purchased a new iPhone with a trade in. I paid the phone balance in full so my monthly bill would not change. The sales rep apparently entered the transaction incorrectly so the trade in was not credited to my account. I literally went back to the store like 6 times to get this fixed. Each time they acknowledge the mistake was on their part but failed to fix it. Excuses ranged from "wait to next billing cycle" to "waiting on manager approval". After the 6th visit the manager Rafael said he would call me back within the hour with a resolution. He never called back after promising he would take care of the hassle. I tried calling the store the next day and the phone just rang and rang. Plus the sales rep Abby who made the error stopped responding or taking my calls. Only person at the store that seemed genuine in trying to help was Edgar. Very unprofessional store. I wouldn't even purchase a charger from here. Finally got corporate At&T to get my credit applied to the account after almost 6 months of a hassle. Stay away and from this store at all cost.
