Criminals. AT&T stole $470.37 from my business checking account and I don't even have any association with AT&T (not a customer). I filed a claim with them about 2 months ago and they refuse to answer me. It amazes me that a large company like AT&T is content with just ignoring the fact that they stole money from an unsuspecting victim. Do they think I'm just going to forget about it and walk away?

A wise decision for AT& T to shut down this store on the so-called "magnificent mile" which is not so magnificent anymore. Downtown Chicago has just become to dangerous for me, my family and friends to visit and shop. Flash mobs roam the streets! They can pop up anywhere, anytime. Purse snatching, pick pocket thieves, strong arm robberies, etc. have created a dangerous environment. It's best now to shop in the suburbs or online.

Check! your bill after you come here. Our bill got doubled the past 3 months after the visit when we told it will stay the same . They also billed us for insurance we didn't agree to add on. We only agreed to change plan because we were told it would keep the same price. We have called ATT many times. On the phone with ATT for hours and they would not refund us for your mistake. Is this a mistake? reading some past reviews seems like not the first time.

This store is gorgeous but the employees act like they are doing you a favor by even looking at you. 23 year ATT customer, went to talk about an upgrade to my Samsung. It was like pulling teeth to get any information from the rep who talked to me. Geez you'd think I was a panhandler looking for a handout or was looking for a free phone. Will shop around now, there are plenty of other carriers.

The store may be nice but the service is deplorable. My mother who has been an ATT customer for 25 years went to the store and received very poor customer service. Shame on you for treating an elderly person that way.

I came here with one of my relatives to change carriers and to get updated phones. This is a fun and friendly store. Christina is incredibly helpful and patient. We had several issues and questions, and she is awesome! Thanks so much!

Gigabit service installation was rescheduled multiple times due to an "outside facility issue" I spent 4+ hours on with technical support and customer service, and the story changed each time as to what the issue was. Support claimed that a Technician called me, but there was no missed calls on my phone - and I was home all day waiting for the installation service.

I came in to change my plan which has been quite an unnecessarily stressful situation. Greg was extremely welcoming when I checked in and Ken was able to help navigate their systems for me & update for me. Thanks for awesome :)

Ordered service to be installed today. 9am-10am window. No one calls no one comes. Call them, they tell me not once but through 3 people that the tech called and couldn't leave a voicemail, all 3 confirm my correct phone number. I took off work to be here for the install. They cancelled install and I have to take off another day to have it installed. Didn't offer a credit or even an apology. Stay with Comcast, they cost more but have actual customer service.
