“Th manager at this branch (I assume he's the manager) Malik is awesome! Always helpful, always responsive, personable, and professional. I had a less than stellar experience at a different branch and was about to close my accounts. Malik called me and suggested that I visit his branch so that he could provide "exceptional" service. I would have settled for good service. He made good on his promise and I'm a happy customer. That plus the interest rates at Wintrust are better than most.Seems I will be sticking around for a while.”

What impressed me lately was my positive experience lately Let me relate what happened recently at the *********** branch I opened a CD rate and handed a check and cash to ***************************,one of the employees. She went out of the office to count the cash and deposit the check I wrote and when she came back she informed me I have given her $500 more than the cash I mentioned and what to do about it I told her to put it in my checking account. I was so impressed by her honesty and integrity.. She could have not told me of the error which my husband said he was in a hurry when he counted and handed me the cash but instead ****** was honest enough to tell me of the error. I am so grateful and I want you to know you have an honest and commendable employee you should be proud of.. ****************************”

“I've been banking here at SSCFCU for probably 10 years now. The customer service is very good. But there were times when I had to stand in a long line at the drive through banking and I didn't have a car. I was so agitated by this and I did let it be known. The bankers did go out of their way to accommodate me. My only agitation now is today is Saturday May 1, 2021 and I have a deposit to make but because they are not open on Saturdays at this time, I have to wait until Monday to make a deposit. This is why I'm giving you 4 stars instead of 5. Your hours are already short during the week and your only open 3 days. It would be nice to get some Saturday service again especially when the City is opening up more at this time.”

“Going to post office and banks are the worst parts about living in Chicago BUT I came here twice and I love this branch. Lauren is very nice and knowledgeable. I hateeee going to the bank but this place always has a smooth process.I relocated to chicago ago and my credit union partners with this company. So when I got approved for my apartment I made a mistake of combining my 1st months rent and security deposit onto one check instead of splitting it into two. Lauren and the team worked with my bank to void the check and sort the whole ordeal out.”
“All I can say is they promised I would SAVE money every month. And they did not lie. I waited 3 months to give them a review. But after 90 days. I have saved over $500 a month every month. Finally a good company in credit card processing that keeps their end of the bargain.”
