They charged me 4% more for paying by credit card and they told me this at the last minute when I picked up my car. And when they text you that it's ready. It's not.

Great shop with honest, fair priced work! The body work they did on my vehicles was excellent. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. These guys know their trade well. I'll be back again!

They did a nice job on both of my driver side doors, but they had chip my driver side window tint and the inner trim above my window was bent.. fix one thing but damage something else. I wouldn't feel sufficiently safe allowing this shop to repair any of my expensive vehicles, if the shop going perform in a 5th grade quality

Great repairs. Needed a whole new door and they blended the paint so well you can't tell repairs were ever done. Over all great customer service! Would definitely recommend this place

Recently had repairs done to my van that had an oil leak and was recommended to bring it to Art's Auto Rebuilders to have the engine steam cleaned. It took about 25 minutes total for service. Overall, I had a good experience, staff here explain the process of steam cleaning the engine thoroughly. Price is affordable, I would recommend bringing cash. Veronica was very helpful and friendly. Check this place out if you are looking to have your engine steam cleaned.

My only regret is that I can't give this place a six star review. Best techs, best painters, best mechanics in Chicago. The owner is friendly and funny and appreciates his customers. Love this place!

Would give it zero stars if possible .Do not take your vehicle here . This is a hack shop . I was hired as an estimator and fired because I didn’t want to move cars in tight spaces .and move cars as a porter would . This shop is a disaster. customers keys go missing . Shop is dirty . Owner is a depressed man and doesn’t know how to run a shop . Has 5 Venezuelan refugee working for him -under paying .

I should've read reviews before doing business with them. I was recommended here by my insurance after a minor accident with bumper and headlight damage. I was told to drop off my vehicle on a specific date that all of the parts would be in after I brought it in for photos. This was great since my car was still drivable. I dropped off my vehicle and was told it would be done within a week. After the week I called just to check the status. They said they had to order another part. Great no worries thank you. Then It was thanksgiving weekend that I called for another update. The female employee that I spoke to said "Nobody even shown up to work today and I doubt anybody will be here this weekend. We have a meeting Monday and I'll make sure somebody calls you." Nobody called me that Monday so I called that Tuesday and was told they were waiting on another part to come in. At this point I was confused & frustrated with the lack of communication. I would've never dropped off my vehicle if I would've known it was just going to sit there & my rental was going to have to be returned any day at this point. I spoke to the same younger guy over the phone three separate times who told me my car would be ready (tomorrow) ... It took for me to call my insurance and express my concerns about the unprofessionalism and horrible social skills at this repair shop for them to finally call me back saying "any day now" AGAIN. Give people honest answers and updates. Never have I dropped off my vehicle at any type of shop without updates. Don't bother doing business with them if you want updates on your vehicle. You'll be calling chasing them down and not get called back.
