Just bad experience with this store. The dresses had stains and runs and they sent me one in the mail that still had tears and not to mention the black tag on it. Not to mention they said this item was final sale totally after so they didn't allow me to return it. A final sale tag should be put on these items. Literally never spending money here again. The employees were kind, but the customer service was zero help. Terrible store, selling low quality polyester things at prices $100 and up. Not to mention my first online order never came and they didn't say anything about it until I emailed them. Just sloppy.

Was just in store on Saturday. Salespeople are way too aggressive. We had a few items in our hands and at least 3 girls tried to force us to take to counter. Back off and let us shop!! At one point we were looking through a rack of clothes and one of the employees actually said she needed to get in there to put away some clothes. That is so against every rule of retail! Customer experience should be everything but it was so ruined by these aggressive and rude employees. Even manager came up to us at one point trying to close a sale. She couldn’t have been more fake and disingenuous. Let us shop, let us browse and we will get to cashier at our convenience, not yours.

I loved shopping at Aritzia and this location. Every time I stopped in, I was always greeted by the employees and everyone was so nice and kind with helping me out stop. Last weekend, I stopped in to pick up some clothes for the weekend. No one greeted me. I was like the only one in the store and there were 10 employees standing around ignoring me. One employee literally walked past me to help someone else that walked in after me. I even saw one of the store managers, the Asian lady, who ignored me as well. She always recognizes me because that’s how often I go in there. She looked me in the face and walked the other way. After 20 minutes in the store, Maya was able to come up to assist me. She definitely helped make my shopping experience better. I shouldn’t go to a store spending hundreds of dollars just to be felt unseen and uncomfortable. I will drive all the way to the location in Oakbrook next time or order online.

Thank you to Liz E for helping me get my fall and winter wardrobe together. Liz was understanding and professional and got the style for my body type just right. Everything Liz brought to my fitting room was elegant, timeless, and fit like a glove. Liz helped me find staples i will use for years. If you need help styling for work and dinners… Liz is your go too. Thank you Liz. I’ll be returning and recommending family and friends

Such a lovely shopping experience! I felt so attended to and not like I was annoying anyone. Celine and Tamika were insanely helpful and gave me sincere suggestions and feedback about the clothes I picked and helped me put together a nice cohesive few pieces. Thanks so much girls!!

This store is beautifully decorated and spacious so it is easy to move around. They have a lot of cute clothes. The price point is fairly affordable. The music is fun. Definitely worth stopping in.

I'm a huge fan of Aritzia. Especially this location - I live down the block and am frequently purchasing my whole wardrobe from here. I've always had qualms regarding their fitting room situation (mirrors are in a common space and you have to walk outside of your personal fitting room in order to examine how the clothes fit). This can leave anyone feeling a bit self-conscious as their whole body is on display in front of a very busy crowd of customers. To make things drastically worse, my experience was incredibly downgraded today (as if it couldn't have been bad enough with the previous situation). While walking out with a bra and a short skirt on, there was a man (unmistakably cis gender) in the fitting room in front of the mirrors. He was not even trying clothes on. He was just standing there, inside this dressing room with me and several other women, apparently waiting for his sister to try on clothes. Meanwhile, there is an entire waiting area with couches just outside. I felt extremely uncomfortable as he looked right at me (regardless if intentional or not) while I had a fairly revealing new outfit I was trying on. My breasts were literally on display and I had no clue there was a man there in the first place. I had told the attendant at the time that I had felt uncomfortable by him being there and she responded, "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do about that as this is a unisex dressing room." I am all for being as inclusive as possible... but he wasn't even trying on clothes. And, i am not okay with being put in a situation in which I'm meant to feel insecure and then invalidated afterwards. And my fiancé feels very hurt by this experience as well. I do want to voice my appreciation for a separate attendant who consoled me afterwards and validated my experience, which is why this review is 2 stars instead of one. All in all, this is a very busy location with long lines and invalidating attendants who do not care about the security and experiences of their customers.

Love this store. The clothes are basics, perfect for so many occasions. High quality. Body suits, great fitting slacks, wrap dresses. Jill is the best sales person. Always helpful and friendly.

Most of the sales associates are pretty unprofessional. You can visibly see them making other customers feel uncomfortable with cold shoulder attitudes even straight up ignoring them. I had the pleasure of speaking to a woman who snarled at me “you’re a size 2” when I asked to try on skirt and top I had picked out. After looking me up and down she proceeded to walk away without assisting me. I don’t recommend this location, the clothes themselves are cheap quality and made for a certain type of body. Over priced for sweat shop items. It was giving white lady cult clothes vibes.

The sales associates made me feel so frustrated. They just kept taking my things and I’m not really used to that sort of thing. At the end, I really wanted to know the correct price for what i wanted (because everything is on sale and it’s hard to know what the prices actually are) and the woman passed off my things to another woman who passed them to another woman who started to prepare my things for checkout but i just wanted a price check. Then they told me it would only be 20% off even though I found it in a 50% off section. At the end, my friend bought something and they gave her an extra 20% off and if the sales woman had told me that same thing would happen to me, I would’ve bought it. ALL IN ALL a very confusing set up and extremely overwhelming.

First time in Aritzia and I was super overwhelmed! One of the sales associates (or stylists?) asked if she could put some of my items in the dressing room for me while I shopped around. Then she asked me if I’d like for her to pull some of her favorite items for me to try on as well !!! Amazing service. She picked out the cutest tops and I purchased all but maybe 1 that she chose for me. I’ve heard stories on tiktok about aritzia workers being snobby but i had the opposite experience at this location with all of the workers that helped me! I’ll definitely be back!

The parking sucks, but this location tends to receive the best inventory across all Chicago locations. Teri always welcomes me in the store and goes above and beyond each time I visit. I'm always searching for new work attire and cute/comfy loungewear for my off days. Also, Teri is brand knowledgeable; she always knows which sizes to recommend for me. That helps me save time in the fitting rooms and avoid returns/exchanges. Zara sucks and has poor customer service, so I shop Aritizia more often now!

In recent visits, I’ve had unfortunate experiences at this Aritzia location. It feels like there is a significant issue with profiling taking place. From the moment I pick up a garment, the store associates seem to pounce on me, displaying a level of suspicion as if I’m about to steal. They hide this behind a “hands-free” facade claiming to be helpful by placing everything in the fitting room area far from the exit. How am I to put an outfit together?Instead of creating a pleasant shopping environment, the constant surveillance and unwarranted attention is making me uncomfortable and unwelcome. Such poor customer service and profiling practices is discouraging me from shopping here.

This was my best in person retail shopping experience in at least 5 years. sufficient staff, super attentive, great with suggestions, and ordered stuff in colors for me that were not in the store
