Contacted me that coverage for my prescription was declined by my insurance and never followed back up with the physician to understand why. Had me do the legwork, making multiple calls to the prescribing physician, the prescription got approved, and then they never filled it. Awful customer service.

The hours are really terrible for office professionals. I called to let them know that I was on my way and expected to be there right around closing time. Then I asked if I could still pick up. They said I could pick up before the door was locked, but they had locked it by 5:02 anyway. Really wish they could have worked with me better after my call. I hoped to get my prescription faster than the delivery date but I need to wait anyway now.My initial prescription order also didn’t go through properly. The app told me it was confirmed but it had to be sent through again to actually be filled.After I couldn’t pick up on Monday, on Tuesday they offered to deliver it to my house. I gave them until after the holiday and called back today to follow up because I have not received it. Although the person I spoke to said that the prescription would be sent out the same day, the person today told me that it was still set for pick up. It never went out as promised.Two full weeks have gone by since I first requested a refill and I have had a significant lapse in my prescription because of online and in-store mishaps. It keeps getting more and more disappointing.

So easy! My doctor sends them my RX, they text me a link to fill out address and it’s on my doorstep within 1-2 days!! They even take my insurance!

Apotheco is an awesome pharmacy. When I had a problem with my insurance with a retail pharmacy, my doctor recommended Apotheco. I haven't had an issue with them since day one, and the prices are great. I highly recommend giving Apotheco a try!

This is the second time I’ve had issues with this pharmacy. The doctor recommended that I use them for a lower price. I need a next day delivery now the medicine says it will be delivered on Wednesday and the pharmacy is only open m-f 8-5. What if you need medication prescribed outside of this time window? Will not use again. Stick to CVS or literally anywhere else. People on the phone here also act rude and annoyed when asked questions.

The pharmacy representative on call was rude. She instead of listening carefully, was jumping on the conclusions when was asked of package not being delivered per their given time. I didn’t like the delivery service either. I was told I would get my medicine within 2 days but was delivered 2 days late.
