As a petite girlie (5'0), I don't expect much to fit me, and while this shop doesn't have a dedicated petite section, I found multiple dresses I love! Madeline, Mai, and Lou were especially lovely and helpful and made me feel like an absolute queen while I was shopping! They all went the extra mile and helped me find my lost earrings too!! Thank you ladies!! Above and beyond service and shopping excursion.

Store manager Taylor and cashiers havea manner and attitude problem also, rude and made a huge mistake on my return that I had to go to another Anthropologie on Michigan to fix it. And cashier and manager etween them at Michigan store saying that, "again State street messed up with a transaction". So, i dont recommend shopping on State, Michigan Store is friendly, attentive and not rude.

I used to LOVE Anthropologie. It WAS the only place my friends and I USED to buy most things.I ordered an electronic gift card for my sister but it turned out, I used an old email address (which is no longer active - I tested it and got a bounce back). Because time was an issue, I reordered with her new email address and sent a note requesting this to be refunded since the email was not active.The response was completely ridiculous! They said, your package has already shipped so we cannot provide a refund. Shipped?? It was delivered to an inactive email address, not shipped out to her home. They truly do not care enough to even read my actual request. I guess it is better to steal from your customers rather than read their very simple requests

Their home decor is beautiful. But they don't sell plus size clothing. I wish they did. They sell some very beautiful clothes.

Hi it’s the Fourth of July. I decided to come downtown specifically to go to this store. Google states that they close at 7 PM. I get here at 4:45 PM and the store is closed. There is a sign that says Anthropologie will be closing at 4 PM. But I wish is this is for update their hours particularly for holidays. :(

The Associate greeted me and asked my name with such pleasant smile. Everybody went beyond the Call of duty to make sure my shopping experience would be enjoyable to return and shop again. I got just what I was looking for. And to find it on the Clearance table it blew me off my feet how cheap my purchase was ?

Do you want to dip your feet in the bay? Do you want some fresh clam chowder? Do you need to buy a sweater because it looked like a nice day and the sun is but you are freezing your butt off.. Welcome to sf! Well your in luck cuz pier 39 always has something to offer and new attractions and stores. Yes its overpriced but you know what your stepping in to so its not a surprise. Come to the Pier and workout or just hang out.

Lack luster for the Holidays … not large offerings than year(s) past - maybe due to current supply chain issues? But VISUALLY, there wasn’t anything. I feel , I wouldn’t even know it was Christmas time . Usually they go all out and walking in feels welcoming and joyous. Nice staff though !!

I really enjoy this Anthropologie! It’s a bit smaller than the location off Michigan Avenue but the selection is still decent. As a male, I can’t really shop here for much but I usually source really nice accoutrements for dinner parties here. Things like little dishes to serve charcuterie jams or sauces in or other small decorative pieces to accent a tablescape. It’s pretty cool. Staff don’t hover but are available to assist.
