The man is very kind. He explains the entire process of what he will do to your pet, the price is very affordable unlike other places. He gives you a lot of memories of your pet, it seems that he cares about the loss of your pet, he understands your pain, what you are going through at that moment and he is very respectful and is very punctual in giving you your pet on the date he tells you. I recommend it 100 %THANK YOU SO MUCH BOB for everything you did for our LUCKY AND NILO kittens.

Losing a pet is losing a part of your family. Bob understood this. Bob's services are top notch. His caring for my baby Psycho (cat) was as if he was caring for his own pet. Now I have my baby with me everywhere I go with the necklaces Bob provided and keychains with clippings of psycho hair.My baby sits on my mantle with his nose print and ceramic paw prints. I highly recommend going here if you are unfortunate to lose a part of your family. THANK YOU BOB

Bob was very good to me and my family. He was always very kind and patient. I brought my fish, a catfish, which I had as a pet for 7 years. Although Bob had not worked with catfish before, he did his best and I thank him so much from the bottom of my heart. I don't know what things would have been like if there wasn't someone like Bob to help me with my fish. Bob even made a mold of the underside of my fish so I would have those extra memories. It gave us time to say goodbye to our pet before he was taken away. The service was also very fast since they had said that everything would be ready within 21 business days, but everything was ready in the same week. We brought my fish in on Monday and I called back on Thursday. Everything must be by appointment and the service is worth paying for with additional souvenirs. I actually feel better knowing that I have little things to remember my pet and his ashes that I can take with me. One hundred thousand stars. I recommend Bob to anyone who has lost a pet, regardless of the type of pet. Being in mourning and not knowing what to do after losing my fish helped me a lot. Thank you very much Bob!

Bob is the most caring, genuine, and thoughtful person we could have ever hoped for at this final step. The service and care he provided my husband and I after we said goodbye to our sweet cat will be forever remembered. I am truly grateful for his warmth and kindness. He has such profound attention to detail. He made sure to give us pieces of each color of our sweet Rosie’s fur, and not only gave us clay and ink paw prints but also ink nose prints. We never would have thought of the importance of that; it brought tears to our eyes and a wave of emotion as he showed them to us. He also made some thoughtful keepsakes for us to have. Bob, with my highest sincerity, I can’t thank you enough for the care you provided.

Bob, you're a kind, caring, passionate and wonderful guy. The way you took care of and memorialized our dear Rosie went above and beyond what my wife and I could have ever hoped for. We called early evening on Tuesday, 7 minutes before our euthanizing vet was arriving, desperate to be able to bring Rosie to be cremated ourselves instead of the vet taking her right after. We set an appointment for the next morning, and felt tremendous relief immediately. That extra time we had post-euthanasia allowed us thoughtful reflection, grieving and closure.Upon arrival, Bob had us choose an urn, some meaningful little stones and charms, and allowed us some final time to be with our sweet cat. We paid extra for 24 hour turnaround, which including the amount for cremation, was still less expensive than sending her with the vet.Today we picked up the ashes, and were brought to tears with the extra, heartfelt items that Bob included. Multiple ink prints of each of her paws, and even her little nose. In addition, 2 clay paw prints, an ornament, and multiple swatches of her fur, thoughtfully clipped. The experience Bob gave us is one we'll never forget. I can't express enough gratitude for doing what you do, Bob. Thank you.

Man I couldnt have had a better experience. I was very pleased with how this couple took care of my dog. They treated him with respect and gave me so many keepsakes and the package was super cheap. These people really care about what they do and I appreciate them for their kindness

We recently lost our cookie. Bob prayed for our cookie, which was very sweet. I loved all the special souvenir items, and you can tell they took the time to make them. We definitely recommend Bob.

I cannot express my gratitude for how the service was above excellent. My heart just broke finding princess Zelda gone so suddenly. They went above and beyond to comfort me and bring me peace during this hard time. I didn't catch his name but the man that works there gave me plenty of time to cry and pet her when I dropped her off. All the things that came with the cremation were so beautiful. This company deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommend and Tysm to him for everything!!

Bob was wonderful, with the laying to rest my first and only dog. He performed a thoughtful ceremony upon my arrival. Explained everything to me. Offered so many keepsakes for me before and after the Cremation. Was timely and professional. I would not go to anywhere else. He made this sad time alot more easy to manage and deal with.

When my 14 year old cat passed away I reach out to the vet clinic and was horrified by the cost of the cremation services they mediated. In a desperate attempt to find an alternative I googled cremation services an Animal Cremation Society came up. I reached out and explained that I was at work and needed to make arrangements to leave as soon as I could. The gentleman that answer the phone was supper helpful and offered to wait until I could get there. The guy can be stern at first but becomes a different person when handling the pet's remains. His demeanor changes, his compassion and understanding to the pain and sadness you are experiencing is sincere. He may no come across as a people person but he is definitely an animal person. You will see it and feel it when he goes through the process of saying your good byes.

Loosing Thumper was a huge shock and put such a big hole in my heart. Bob was very understanding and made time arrangements for me to help with Thumper. When I arrived bob helped me one on one and explained everything that he’d do for me. He showed me everything he’d make for thumper as memorabilia. I feel he went above and beyond for us and this has made the grieving process a little easier. At pickup I received many little things like a necklace with his ashes and well as a charm with ashes, two clay slabs with paw prints, fur from around his body as he was different colors, a “soul globe” with ashes and fur as an ornament, ink prints of his paws and face. I’ve probably left out things that Bob has given/helped with and that just shows how great he is. Bob has really helped me and I hope he knows it!
