I've been going to Scott and Lee for years they have all my lay outs how I like my bowling balls drilled saved in their system. They definitely have all the bowling knowledge that you need to know about any bowling ball that would best fit your game. I have rolled two 300 games in the past 2 years with the bowling balls that they have drilled. They're simply the best in my opinion that I trust with all my bowling balls.

Mr Lee is the best he is so knowledgeable and helpful he really knows what he's doing with bowling balls and apparel this is a shop that you must visit he drilled the holes in my ball right there on the spot while I was waiting very professionally

Got my first ball here and went back today for my second 25 years later. It was neat to see I was still in the system and still the same owner that drilled and engraved my first ball! Super nice, extremely knowledgeable, and good prices. Highly recommend!

meh was expecting service with a knowledgeable owner but it was not much different than dealing with a cashier at Walmart. If you're new to the sport go to a local pro shop at an alley.Update- I was wrong this guy knew his stuff but semi understandably didn't get into a whole lot of detail with me being so new. I didn't like the point to "beginner balls" and walk away attitude but for a newbie there is not much more to ask. After going to a bunch of alleys and visiting the pro shops most of them won't even give you the time of day. At least this guy walked through the process and drilled it on the spot. I think the customer service could've been better but the knowledge is definitely there.
