This was my first time going out to repair a tv and Andres completely made the whole experience very simple and clear.Not only did he stay in his shop after closing to accommodate us - he explained every step he was going to take and why he was doing it.The whole repair was 2 business - gave us some great advice about how we can maintain our TV - and was overall a cool guy.Definitely recommend this place for your repairing needs, I’ll be coming back :)

I just want to say thank you so much! I really appreciate you all I give this company 5 stars because of the customer service and very good people! They listen and help you to the max to be satisfied! They definitely took care of me with no problems! I recommend them to anyone! If I had any problems this is the place to come they will solve your problems and they are reasonable to! They are quick and they dont having you waiting they get the job done!! The owner his wife and his assistant excellent job 5 starts from me! I will definitely be back!

Andres is a very professional technician. I was about to throw my TV away, but I changed my mind and took it to Andres Digital Solutions. It just took couple of days to get my TV fixed for a very reasonable price. He knows what he’s doing and he’s treating his clients with respect. I’d like to give him another star for being serious and diligent about his job. I strongly recommend his service!

I originally took my computer to another repair location (uBreakIFix) who said they didn't know how to fix the issue I was having. Andres identified the problem (a hard drive issue) within a day, suggested solutions, and even allowed me to select my own replacement parts which he expertly installed. If I ever have any other issues, Andres will be my first call.

We booked a TV repair through SilverEtechs, and they sent over Andres Digital Solutions. We were very happy with their service. They picked up our 65" TCL TV and quoted a price of $350 for backlight repair. It took 6 days to get the TV back because they had to order the part, but they ended up charging us only $290, well under estimate, and the TV is good as new.With the $55 appointment charge from SilverEtechs, the total we paid was $345. That's about $100 less than buying a new TV of the same model. Not a huge savings, but that's just the state of things with TVs being as cheap as they are.
