Second pair of glasses broken within one year. First pair they just stopped carrying and this one is a nice pair of Adidas where the lense started falling out with a few weeks. It would be fine if this were my fault but before this place I only have ever replaced glasses due to prescription the Adidas ones are legit 2 months old and have expensive lenses in them.

This whole place is a joke: staff and products they offer. They will charge you for anything, sell low quality frames and then when you go back and ask about any warranty (within less than 6 months), they will try to charge you again for the whole thing and will say: "your purchase did not have any warranty". I'm done with this place. Never ever going back to get my glasses done here, and nobody should.

The staff and doctor were all very kind and professional. I don’t usually feel comfortable in social situations but they made me feel very comfortable and helped me with all my visual needs and helped me with my insurance. GREAT TEAM!!!!

The service there is terrible. I ask simple questions and its return with an attitude. I asked the lady to tight in my glasses and she had an attitude. I like Americas best for what it has to offer but if not if the service sucks.

Initial appointment went well, but when I complained about the contacts tearing and blur I was I was not offered much help. Later down the line (3 months) after my complaint. I attempted to order new contacts on their site on my own and was told I’d have to have a new (charged) appointment for a prescription I was already prescribed that year. I was not told my ordered was cancelled until 4 weeks later. I’m traveling out the country for a year and now I won’t have contact lenses thanks to their wonderful customer support.

Showed up today for my appointment, gave the receptionist my insurance information, and she said I was not covered. Her condescending rude behavior had me perplexed, and I thought perhaps I had made a mistake. I contacted Merlife Superior Vision, and I AM COVERED, THE INFORMATION I GAVE WAS CORRECT, Americas worst does accept my policy, and I walked all the way there and back for nothing!!! Now I'm going to find a provider that doesn't have their head up.....

They couldn't make my glasses as good as my own. They even made it inaccurate one time and had to make corrections which didn't work.

Brashinda is literally the best!!! I walked in at 9 am and I was greeted right away. She tended to me promptly and handled my issue. I was so distraught thinking I would be hardly seeing going on my birthday trip this week…to Puerto Rico!!!!! Nope not on her watch, thank you so much for getting me sharp for birthday trip. I will definitely bring you a souvenir Sugar…..she is absolutely the BEST!!!!

Allow me to explain how I came across with one out of five stars.One time, I turned in one of my broken pair of glasses which actively had warranty at the time. One of the customer service representatives said it would take about a week. Two weeks later, I returned and asked about the status of the replacement, only to find that it hasn't even been produced yet. A few days later, nothing. Having been waiting nearly three weeks just for nothing to arrive makes zero sense, as they would usually get delivered in 1-2 weeks.
