Came in like usual to get my glasses adjusted for the 5th time, and I was approached by Lisette who said if she can try adjusting them for me. I informed her they don’t stay adjusted and after 2 hrs it goes back to the same way…it’s been frustrating.
She did an awesome job and actually adjusted the frame and not the legs. She was actually very nice and helpful. I feel like I got new frames all over again! I Wish she had a tip jar!

My experience was wonderful! The staff was amazing, understanding, and helpful. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by everyone. I expressed my concern about having to wear glasses due to slight changes in my vision and I wasn’t sure which frames I should look for. I just requested frames that would not weigh down on my face. A staff member took the time to help me. She was kind and patient with me. During my eye exam, Dr. Kim Donghyun provided education and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out the door for the next customer. Most of all, he was transparent when he provided me with education and answers to my questions.

Great doctor and back of house.. awful front of house service 3 calls 2 voicemails and another missed call after confirming and filling out patient form. Appt has been over for 35 mins and still sitting here waiting to pay.. do better front of house especially when your docs are amazing

The staff here is ABSOLUTELY amazing! I was able to get my glasses fixed AND I learned a few things from the manager, Lissette about Eyewear. Great store with a great staff. I'll definitely be recommending to my friends and family!

They are the WORST! I've spent hundreds on contacts from them and STILL can't see well! They keep pushing this new brand and a new prescription on me and I keep telling them that they DON'T WORK! I see a different optometrist every time and all they do is push whatever new product the company wants you to buy. The Acuvue vita contacts are garbage! Give me back my Biofinity lenses! Their doctor's do NOT listen to you. I've tried 2 times to tell them they gave me a script that's not working, but they just keep steering me in circles. It infuriating and expensive!

The receptionist was very welcoming & Marilyn explained every eye test thoroughly. The Dr. offered insight on why my prescription changed so much. This was all-around a pleasant experience. Will return.

My daughter was crying and scared about when they shoot the air in your eyes and Marilyn was very helpful and patient with her made her comfortable enough to get it done she was awesome.

When I first arrived, the receptionist was very nice and patient, which I appreciated. However, my experience changed completely when my 7-year-old daughter went into the room with Dr. Jean Choi. The doctor instructed my daughter to place her face on the machine, but she didn’t properly explain how to do it. My daughter assumed she was doing it correctly, but midway through the exam, Dr. Choi got up, yelled at her, and said, “Why are you looking at it through your right eye? I’m testing your left eye! You’re doing it all wrong, now I have to start over!”
I was shocked that she would speak to my 7-year-old child in such a manner. I immediately stood up and told her that my daughter is just a child. If she lacks the patience to work with children, I wish I had been informed before booking the appointment.

First when my husband went in for his exam the head rest was covered in makeup and then after already taking a picture another lady comes in and says the camera lenses is dirty as well. Finally finish the exam to be told they didn’t have his contacts in store. When checking out was told that you buy 2 glasses the exam is free than told we had to pay for exam if we were getting contacts. Decided not to since they weren’t even in stock and just wanted the glasses and exam the lady says after we paid that she only put the exam through. She did afterwards put the glasses order in and called to confirm but overall poor experience.
