Called to confirm they had a certain type of arrangement. They stated they did. I asked to pay over phone they said just come on in it will be here! After an hours drive I get there and it "has been sold" BS! If you don't have your word what do you have! Nothing!

Ambassador did a beautiful job--the flowers were lovely, the price was fair, and they were delivered quickly. I was especially impressed with their customer service. They didn't have the specific pot that was pictured on-line, so they upgraded to a different design and made sure to call me ahead of time to make sure that was OK. That was going above and beyond, and I appreciate their attention to these details. I will definitely use them again.

Never rent a uhaul from them!! They will lie about having to add gas and charge an unnecessary cleaning fee. Horrible service! I have pictures to prove the need to add gas was a lie! And I’ve submitted a complaint with uhaul against this location

Highly recommend Ambassador flowers. I needed flowers for my husbands funeral. While the flowers were expensive, the quality and freshness were perfect. I am allergic to lilies. So I requested no lilies in the assortment. They obliged me. Instead they added the most beautiful white roses that were HUGE. I was so happy. Four of the roses were placed on my husband body. The funeral homes referral service for flowers had horrible reviews and I did not want to chance it. Someone recommended this place and I could not be happier. Would definitely use again and refer.

I ordered flowers online at 9:24 am to be delivered the same day. I chose the Pure Happiness bouquet. Late that afternoon I received a call from the flower shop stating they would be making the delivery the next day and that they did not have the same flowers in the picture but would make something very close. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and we had a great conversation. I was understanding about the next day delivery and the substitution of flowers. I anticipated the flower arrangement to be beautiful. My daughter sent me a picture of what she received. I do not feel it was comparable. What I was hoping for is the right picture and what my daughter received is on the left.

Omg I live in Arizona I had 24/7 around clock were I could call 2:49 am Arizona time Sherri answered she was able to walk me through the site because and explain. Each floor to me and this was not easy because it was for a funeral she completely went an over and beyond her call of duty. I pretty mush gave them one two days notice and I don’t know if you know flowers but when your order $2,600 ++ for flowers they will get the job done i will be honest I called them and there the only one I recommend to anyone one they do other type but I pray the next time I order flowers it’s for Mother’s Day or b day not a funeral. Now I would love to come and vist these amazing people I loved the recommendation I’ll update you but I’m sure the flower will look beautiful and remember we only have one life so yea I spent a lot but I know there will not be a flower set then mine lol ?
