OK location, but the area for parking is right under a pigeon roost....park there and when you come back, there will be pigeon shit on your car.

1st time returning something bought online, I really wasn’t sure exactly what to do but this place had someone there to help out and show me what I needed to do. Very helpful and friendly.Payed parking only. It’s in the middle of downtown.Over all, I was satisfied with the experience.

This store doesn’t open till 9AM. It’s in the central business district where people would want to drop stuff off before work. Very inconvenient hours.

I walked 20 minutes from my apartment to this location on 7/11. The website says they open at 9:00am, so that is when I planned to arrive. I arrived at 9:05 and there were other people standing outside waiting because the door was locked. I called the number on the website at 9:07, and it's connected to a CTA/Ventra number... not Amazon/the Amazon Hub+ location.The employee came walking around LaSalle St at 9:12 (everyone waiting was standing on Lake St) and said, "Sorry I tried the other door and I couldn't get in" as she's carrying her coffee and breakfast.Luckily, I didn't have anywhere to be after I dropped off my return, but it was very inconsiderate and disappointing to the people who wanted to return their package before work, an appointment, etc. This was my first visit to this location.

Great place to grab your Amazon packages. Angel was so lovely and kind in helping me grab my items. Definitely felt that kindness of Chicago!!!

PRO: Great location for pick ups & drop offs.CON: There is a young lady working 5/9/23 at 630. I've dealt with her on another occasion. She does not want to do returns, so she tries to make you scan on the kiosk or she will give you the worst, most rude service that you can receive without paying. Terrible service. I ended up taking one of my returns because she refused to scan it and wanted to batch them with other items. I don't know if that is policy, but I did not trust her to handle that or be responsible if something goes wrong. Someone should address this.

A great Amazon+ Hub Locker (with the only downside being the hours, but that's true of all pickup/return locations and other business (like storage) even). The staff is very friendly, it's very conviently located on the corner of Clark and Lake, and they even have a very large recycling counter with a safety box cutter (that is no less effective than, say, a pocket knife). This is my go-to Amazon Hub (aside from one a little closer to my current residence that I can access 24/7 because it's inside a bank of which I'm a customer).

I came here on Friday around 4:30pm to return an item but the store was closed early. Hand written sign on the window "We had to close early" There's no phone number to call ahead to check if store is open or not. Unreliable.

I use this location for Amazon deliveries because of the convenience of location and security. When I went to pick up my packages on a Friday afternoon (4:15pm), there was a sign on the door that said the store was closing early. The Amazon associate was still inside and came out to see what I needed. I said I had a package to pickup and he said the lockers would not work because he had already shut down the system. I asked him why the store was closing early and he said that there was no else to come in. Now I have to wait until next week to get my items when I return to work. I think it's nonsense that the store is closing early simply because this attendant wanted to leave early. I cannot simply call it a day at my job and leave early when I feel like it. I don't think I will be using this store anymore for shipments since it seems like it is unreliable that I will be able to get my items when it says they are delivered.

My go to amazon locker for pickup and return items!Very convinient and easy to use system with crystal clear instructions.Plus they have tape and other stuff used for packaging.

This store has frequently been closed during open hours. The sign says open and it is 9:20am but the door is locked and there is no one inside.
