Amanda and her team truly are one of the most professional people we’ve ever worked with. We always felt we were in good hands and could trust her with anything that needed to be done.
Whenever we needed help, firstly on renting out and then selling our property, Amanda always provided excellent guidance and support from start to finish.
We always started with a detailed comprehensive view of the market in a way that made it easy for us to understand. Her recommendations were always data driven and made sense. Her and her team would then walk us through the entire process and what is involved with every step. She would then support us all the way to the end, either finding a new tenant when we were renting out our property, or closing when we sold our property.
Amanda also went above and beyond to help us. We had moved overseas and at times this made it difficult with things like collecting information from our property management company. Amanda would always offer to help and this really made our lives easier. We also appreciated her flexibility with arranging meetings due to the time difference.
If we’re ever back in the Chicago market, we’ll definitely use Amanda’s services again. We’d fully recommend Amanda and her team for any of your real estate needs.

Amanda is the BEST THAT THERE IS!!!!! She is everything we could have wanted in a real estate advisor and more: honest, available, responsive, ethical, efficient, resourceful, and a true advocate in buying and selling our home! But don’t be fooled, she is the MIKE TYSON of real estate, in that she’s very proactive, efficient, and gets the job done well!!! We were lucky enough to first use Amanda in purchasing our townhome 6 yrs ago. She had patiently showed us home after home over months before we found what we were looking for. It was obvious that she had our best interest in mind. Six years later when we decided to sell, we of course decided to use Amanda again. She was an invaluable asset in selling our home. She helped in assessing the market, educating us, deciding on a price/timing, gaining interest, communicating with potential buyers, and getting our home sold quickly at a great price. In fact, another similar home 2 doors down from us went on the market the same week as our home did. It was so obvious the difference in traction that Amanda created, and the short amount of time it took for our home to go under contract. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better real estate advisor and ally in our home buying and selling process. She was everything we could have wanted in the process, and we’d undoubtedly choose her 1000 times over!!!!

Amanda is a miracle worker. She was able to sell our house way above ask. We are extremely grateful. Leaving aside the outcome for a second (which was great), she was great to work with. What else is there to say about Amanda that has not already been said. She is shockingly good at her job. She helped us navigate very uncertain times / markets post covid with confidence and ease. As inexperienced sellers her council and insider knowledge was invaluable to us. She fought to make sure we got the very best offer possible and made sure that closing was a breeze. Truly the BEST realtor! As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I didn't know much about real estate, which made the process a little daunting. However, as soon as we were introduced to Amanda and her team through a recommendation, any nerves we had were put to rest.
Amanda does an amazing job of listening to your wants and needs, as well as any concerns that you have. Never once did we feel pressure to move forward on a place or extend our budget. She commands a room during showings and asks the questions you aren't thinking of. She is definitely someone we could trust to have our best interests in mind.
Amanda and her team helped us navigate the crazy 2024 market - little inventory and lots of buyers. However, with her experience and strategy, we were able to close on our dream place in March. We had an exceptional experience with Amanda and her Team when we sold our home last year. She knew the market, was very thorough and prompt in all communications, and was able to price us at a point to get an offer accepted opening weekend!! Beyond this, the little extra personal touches... her thoughtful newsletters and online presence, special holiday card wishes, above-and-beyond personalized tax filing support, etc... really cemented our appreciation for her.
