The tea was great and the food was also very nice, except the popcorn was a bit ridiculous. Very much felt like they were filling the top of the tower with the cheapest thing they felt they could get away with

Outdoor dining overlooking Wrigley Field and Gallagher Way. Shareable entrees make for a relaxed dining experience. Bar selections are top notch. Staff is friendly, attentive, and willing to meet dietary changes to menu items.

We had an outdoor patio table on an absolutely gorgeous August evening before a concert at Wrigley. Everything about the experience was perfect!! It was packed & extremely noisy inside the restaurant, but the patio was great. Food was fantastic! We had the feta fries, calamari & burger sliders. Drinks are pricey but it's Chicago so totally expected that. Alma is a gem!

The atmosphere is very cool, the location is top-notch! It gets so crowded before shows, the servers, bartenders & kitchen seemed very overwhelmed and understaffed. We had a reservation for 8 and were squeezed in with another existing party awkwardly at the same table. Drinks, food & basic service took an Extremely long time.

My friends that live near Wrigley recommended Alma for pre-concert food/drinks. Great atmosphere, service, bar cocktails were outstanding and yummy appetizers. We are going to Pearl Jam again Saturday night, tried to get another reso but they are booked.

We went for afternoon tea and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing, the food was delicious more than we expected. The tea choices were great. And that we were able to take home the centerpiece was a nice surprise.

We celebrated a graduation with family and Alma was the perfect setting for this event. We sat at an outside table with the ballgame on and ambiance was lovely. Food and drinks were fantastic and the service was excellent. Our server, Jane, even put congratulations graduate signs on our table for us to take pictures with. Would 100% recommend this restaurant.

I attended the Cheesescapes Charcuterie Workshop. I did not eat at Alma however, the staff from the Valet service to the restaurant where the workshop was held, was vey kind. Therefore, I can not give an evaluation of the food.

Services very good! Cleaning person send me tampons when need it. They helped us taking pictures with Easter bunny, asking if additional coffee are needed. Being very nice to my 2 year old kid walking here and there. Just not a lot of choices for a $55 price buffet breakfast.

I've grown up and worked in restaurants all my life, so it's rare for me to find a restaurant that checks all the boxes. Sometimes you get a great atmosphere with overpriced food or vice versa, but with Alma you won't have to compromise. The chef selection menu items were fantastic (I'd recommend the charcuterie.) and I found the service and atmosphere to be cozy and inviting. We'll definitely be back.

We were greeted as soon as we arrived. The host asked us where we would like to sit and made sure our party was comfortable. Everyone from the waiter to the support staff was wonderful! We were taken care of in a non-intrusive way. We had a wonderful evening.

We attended the Teddy Bear Tea service and while very nice ambiance I think for the amount of money we paid, it was a bit mediocre. The food was cold and tasted as if it was sitting in the back just waiting for the next person. The kids tower was also a bunch of old hard sandwiches that tasted like they were sitting out. We attend tea time often but this is by far my least favorite but only because of the food options.

BEWARE - we reserved a globe on their terrace. This is our third year doing so. Food, drinks and service were great BUT they charged us $600 ($75 per person plus tax and gratuity) for the globe and a thermos of spiked cider alone. All other food and beverage had to be purchased separately on top of the $600 we were charged up front. This is absurd and different than they've done in prior years and was not clear when we reserved. We will not be doing this again as it is no longer worth the cost.

The atmosphere is amazing and the food and drinks were great, though getting them even at our reserved table was quite a challenge. Each round took over 25 minutes to receive and they kept forgetting to give us silverware, napkins and plates. The service was very bad and the servers not friendly. But, the food and drinks were great and it's such a cute hotel. The hostess was quite nice as well. It wasn't very busy, so I am not sure what was going on with the service and it was hopefully just a bad night or something for those working there so close to the holidays.

We went for the Santa Breakfast. The food was cold, from the scrambled eggs to the eggs Benedict. Everything is self serve, went to get coffee it was empty, both stations, service was lacking...I was sitting at the table for 20 minutes and the server brought the bill, they sat us at a table for 8 people and there were three of us, so the waiter used our table as a stopping point to put down dirty plates from tables he cleared. Mean while our dirty plates piled up and no one cleared it. For the price it was not worth it, save your money and go elsewhere
