Have been waiting on my claim to be completed for well over a month. Games are being played here and is wasting my time & the guy trying to fix my vehicle. I sent in 3 sets of pictures and a video. I mean what else do I need? STILL waiting on this adjuster to call me!!!!
You guys have raised my monthly payment by $71!!! Ya'll do not care about our emergencies. My father was dying and you didn't care and raised my rates due to an agent lying about when I could pay!! So I suffered everything for what? You should change your motto to "NOT IN GOOD HANDS" because I never was in any good hands!!! EVER!
And all of this is on my dead mother, this is what's happening as I speak!! You lucky I could not put zero stars!!!

My Experience with Allstate Insurance has been Awesome so far, Mr Joe Schneider my Agent is always available when I need anything, This is why I left State Farm Insurance because you could never talk with the Agent !!!!! My Brother in Law who is in Law Enforcement Recommended Allstate to me.

Call to get some supplemental insurance for a building rental ,the lady took my name and reason i was calling and said the other lady who handles that will call me back, im still waiting. So i called state farm and they took care of me right away.and they explained everything real good.

My 3 star is not based solely on Joe Shneider office. His office has been good, answered phone and took care of what I needed. I have left Allstate recently after just a few years because my homeowners went up close to double in that time and they were charging me over 4K a year for a 2014 Caravan, 2010 Equinox, 2016 Hyundai, and a 2018 F150 with 3 drivers. No claims or tickets in over 5 years maybe longer. I had a Allstate agent close by he retired and they transfered everything to thos office without notifying me. Insurance is a scam.
